LOL not yet. I transferred to UM....Missoula rocks compared to ol Bozo.

But when I went down there last, they are just getting around to rebuilding. Took them long enough lol.

What are you trying to do with the map? Do you want text to appear in a speech bubble when people rollover a certain area and things like that? If you cut the map into several parts (like downtown, uptown, etc) so the pic isn't too large, you could do the rollover thing with a simple image map. It can be achieved with html and Photoshop or an image map maker script that helps you with the co-ordinates.

I actually want it to pan and zoom when the user clicks on a text link outside of the map. As well as make it grabbable in panning like Google Maps is. I know you can do it with Javascript (I've heard the script basically takes off and adds map tiles depending on what appears in the map container) but...yeah. Scary.

The image map stuff was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I can even do it with Microsoft Paint. Now I got my image maps to have rollover effects. Although I have yet to figure out how to get two image maps on the same page to have separate rollovers without messing each other up.

It's kind of bizarre being "the comic book chick" in any social setting. Has the world turned upside down? Usually a group has "that guy", the guy who knows his comics and superheroes. But wherever I go, I'm "that guy", except I'm a woman, and the males don't read comics and don't want to. JUST MY LUCK.

I like comics, but I find it too much trouble to actually keep up with the current storylines. I'm just the movie fangirl for the most part, which is pretty rare as well.
