The older Titans training the younger ones? If so then I'm curious to see what other characters show up!

Older: Nightwing, Starfire, Bumblebee, Roy, Wally...etc

Younger: Beast Boy, Raven, Blue Beetle, Terra...etc

I only know Starfire from the Teen Titans series, and this lady doesn't look young enough... Even for an older teen titan.

But they can do wonders with makeup (and she doesn't look 'old' at all). Hoping she nails that innocent, naive but powerful character down!

Starfire hasn't been that way for a while now. We're likely getting Rebirth Starfire which is who we got for the animated movies too.

this definitely seems to be the direction they are going. similar to the recent Teen Titans animated films. An older generation ( Nightwing, Starfire ) training or recruiting a younger generation ( Raven, Beast Boy ).

I can also see why they took the "Teen" out and just called it Titans.

my 1st reaction upon seeing the actress is that she looked too old.....lol. then I looked up her age and it says 29.

so......that's a bit older than what I had envisioned.

I'm assuming Dick/Nightwing will also be around his 30s. which I guess makes more sense if we are to believe that he trained with Batman as Robin in his teens/early twenties. Then left to work on his own as Nightwing/cop in his late 20s approaching 30.

so, I guess that fits the timeline better than a late teen, early 20s Nightwing.

I won't be paying for this. that's why I'm hoping there will be some kind of "free tier" where you can watch the episodes later, after the paid tier gets it first ( like wait a day or a week ).

I'm not paying a monthly subscription for just one show.

Well, it is what it is. Somebody is gonna ***** about her being cast, somebody is gonna ***** about them making a black girl orange, and so on and so forth.

No one in their right mind would take that seriously. That's like getting mad because Zoe keeps getting turned into blue and green. She's an alien, no one's going to match that skin color naturally.

Anyway, I've only seen this girl on 24. She was fine, she played the typical damsel. She had her moments in looking sexy, but this sold me:

They better get the hair right.

Rebirth Starfire does have a bit of that innocent naivete about her, though not as much as original cartoon Starfire. She does have a more mature/motherly hen air about her, like the recent animated films. and that does suit an older Starfire.

but I still feel that there should be a degree of naivete and innocence about her regardless of her age.

I don't want some kind of jaded/cynical Kori. And I definitely don't want the sex crazed New 52 version, even though the character should be beautiful and sexy.

There was already complaints about Zoe to. I get it but I don't pay mind to it since they are aliens.

I will be annoyed if they chicken out on those details due to "small budget" excuses.

Farscape managed the makeup stuff on a tv budget.

Beast boy I'm assuming will be limited to a couple of transformations cause he can't control his powers yet.

Same I have not problem with it .and I'm the same race too and I have larger biracal extented family. and zoe been doing an awesome job in guardiahn ofthe galaxy .

the actress here , she's older then star fire should be though. star fire younger then night wing and the original senor titans . Regardless I'll give it chance . I want see where this goes.

Wait, is he supposed to have green fur out of transformation?
I thought his skin and hair was just shades of green.
Young Justice deliberately made him look like a monkey if that's what you're expecting.

Whitewashing or...blackwashing... whatever!!! They should have found an orange actress thank you!!! Sorry, I had to do it. I'm just tired of hearing that complaint after Ed Skein got cast in Hellboy. For the life of me I will NEVER understand the complaint as long as the characters are nailed.

The Japanese background of Ben Daimio IS an important part of his character. So, no, they didn't nail the character already.

ok there's a lot of talk about night wing causethey are making movies of him too be side the animated harley and bat man that just came out. .

but for this show he hasn't been cast now there was that supposed the TNT version but that was never revealed and it's possible some of the cast ( again some not all ) was already who they had planned . alot changed from then I'm sure

Deathstroke has appeared in a lot of adaptions in recent years, and will also be appearing on Arrow next season, so it wouldn't surprise me if they use a different villain. Blood or Blackfire are my preferred options.

I guess I always assumed BB was covered with green fur, even outside of transformations.

but I guess he could just have green skin, too.

I would love to see Deathstroke, since I always associate him with the Titans ( rightly or wrongly ).

but since he's on Arrow, I'm not sure they will be able to use the character.

I'd imagine Trigon will play a factor since Raven is part of the cast. perhaps he will be the "big bad" that the series leads up to in the finale, and they'll have other villains throughout.

How about Gizmo? We don't get too many tech based villains. Though I imagine you'd have to probably pair him with someone.
