I must say......the size of the S shield on the MOS suit is MUCH better than the one on the SR suit!!

Me too and a while back I would have thought no trunks wouldn't work. Looks fine to me now. What works on film vs comics is amazing.

I had the same thought, I saw the pics and wondered if they were sneaking in Doomsday on us, how awesome would that be

But looking again it very could be some kind of robot, to me it would make more sense.

Considering that this is a origin film, I doubt that they would introduce one of Superman's most powerful enemies during a period where he's only learning to get the hang of being a hero.

Yeees! NO lamo trunks! Superman just went a whole notch up in the badass department! This is NEW Superman for ya! He's keeping a simple belt, which doesn't look pukingly cheasy!

The texture of the suits surface is so freaken cool! The dark blue color, and the intense red one, looks badass! The cape looks so great being longer, and That symbol! PURE awe-some! He has a real wide chest area, so it looks cool for the symbol to be that big. POWER! And Damn, Cavill has a great physique for Supes!
