Tom Holland is Spider-Man đź•·

Holland, who has logged in from a London hotel, tells Downey he's been back on the film set for several days and is doing fine.
"The movie's going really well. The director (Destin Daniel Cretton, who previously helmed "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings") is fantastic," he told USA TODAY earlier. "We have some really exciting new cast members who are bringing new characters to life, which is really cool."

2021:

While we’re not sure that Spidey’s hi-tech suits are still made out of spandex these days, if he were to wriggle it on for Amy Pascal’s proposed new trilogy, what would he want to explore?

“That’s a great question,” he says. “The truthful answer is I don’t know. There is one idea that I have, that I have pitched to the studio — but by telling you that idea I’d be ruining this movie so I’m going to have to keep that one for myself.”
“I think there are some interesting villains,” he says. “I think Madame Web could be something that is really interesting and we could do it in our own way. I’d really like to come up against Wilson Fisk.”
“I also would like to maybe see what happens if my Spider-Man becomes a villain,” adds Holland. “I think there are some interesting things where you could make a film about an anti-hero, or things like that.”
“I think that’s very much on the cards and it would be a really interesting thing to see that side of Peter Parker,” says Holland. “I like the idea of him being a terrible mentor, I think it could be really funny. But I think you’re right, I think that probably will happen one day.”

2019:

Tom Holland: I'd quite like to see a female villain in the third Spider-Man film. (5m48s, June 28)

“I would really like to do a team-up with Peter Parker and Shuri from Black Panther,” Holland tells us.

“I think they would have a really, really cool little duo going on. I think Ned would be a little bit jealous of the science stuff, and I think [MJ] and Shuri would be besties.”
“I personally would love to work with Emily Blunt. I’m a huge fan of hers. And I don’t know why I’m like I really think it would be cool to have a female villain in the next film. And I’ve never really seen Emily Blunt play a villain.

“And also, in the film with Tom Cruise she did [Edge Of Tomorrow] she is a serious badass. And I feel like she could be a great villain.”

2017:

“There's so many good villains, I really like Mysterio, I like Kraven. I really like the Clone Saga. I think it could be really cool if Peter, or Spider-Man has to fight people with the same powers as him. Spider-Woman's super cool... I think she's called Spider-Girl who is his clone. They kind of like hit it off and they take their masks off and they're like... what the hell!? They're like the same person, but she's just a girl. I think that's really cool.”

Tom Holland: “As per bigger villains, I’d like to do something we’ve never seen before. I think Michael Keaton was the perfect decision and the Vulture was the most perfect villain for this [Spider-Man Homecoming], I’d like to continue with that - try to explore new villains.” “I didn’t know about [the Black Cat and Silver Sable movie]. I genuinely didn’t know. I heard about a Venom movie, not about a Black Cat movie. That’s dope! Thanks Sony for the heads up. Geez.”
