ok, Its really unpolished at this point, but I think its ok enough to post. I may still go back and clean it up, I had to do a bunch of enhancing on the body, the cape still looks gross, but whatev.

Excellent but is there any way you can do a version of it with the classic shield design instead of the SR one ?

Well, I had to change it from the original, because the body is flipped opposite for Toms head. And since I had to change it and was making it older, I felt the reeve \S/ looked too 70's for the pic. I ended up changing it too look like the one in the Fliesher cartoons instead.

One of my personal favs!

There was something particularly VERY, VERY cool about this one. It's so comicbook inspired and almost Batman gritty, and CLEARLY Welling. If it was landscape, I'd make it my wallpaper.

Wow you jumped to conclusions, that pic was there on a google image search I did for an old manip, somebody must have put it there as a joke. I edited the correct link in. Thanks for calling me a low life

It was a picture of a gorilla that was linked on a google search, the smaller pic was an old Welling manip I was posting on here. I just spoke to triplet in a PM and I was posting that as a peace offering. Stop jumping the gun everyone and that includes YOU Clee. PUT THAT IN CAPS!!

NO SH** sherlock. I found that out when I checked back on the thread and edited long before Clee said a thing. I don't SAVE images and post them The small picture had a different link than the big picture. Somebody did it as a joke I'm sure, so when you copy and paste you get that. If I had done it on purpose I wouldn't have corrected it before anybody made a big deal about it Not my style. You all jumped the gun/crossed the line biiiiiiiiiiiiiiig time.

Sometimes hotlinking will make the website put up a neutral pic they have already assigned to such cases......you put up the Welling pic, but since they don't allow that, you get the pic they want to show.

Not the first time it's happened.

If I had a dollar for every complaint that I get on you I wouldn't worry about how to send my kid to college. When I get several complaints in the span of a couple of minutes concerning you (and I have had to be called in here many times about the things you have posted)...then I don't call it jumping the gun.
