Oh I did before we split in two we use to post SV things all the time. The problem came when the actor who shall not be named was picked to play Superman. We (meaning Welling fans and myself included) were to proud to just say okay lets get behind this guy and support the movie. So we threw the first stone because I remember how that forum went to hell. Then they threw back till it became like a war zone there and has stayed that way ever since. you can talk about Welling there and get a good topic if you don't insult people and the same goes for them.

bringing up welling in the superman forum is like bringing out fur coats at a peta convention. The paint is gonna fly.

No it did not bore me but when they said they were going to make an Ultimate line I changed it to Ulitmate Superman then I changed it to All-Star Superman but when you look at that name in short it spelled ASS so I changed it to this.

Well let's see.....so far this week.....I've been consoling my 71 year old mother over the death of her 72 year old brother (Peace to you Bobby Gene), my work scheduled the semi-annual Royal Spring basin cleaning (an intensive physical activity for this 48 year old body that encompasses 12-14 hour days over the last 3 days), and I'm on line at the moment because I was switched to 2nd shift work (maybe I'll be able to see my wife and son on the weekends at least).......



Hmmm....what were we talking about again....oh yeah.....someone posted a picture in the wrong forum.......

Hulk once said he'd never be a mod because of all the BS that goes on, and I can understand why. Ultimately, the forums should be FUN. But they can get frustrating when folks don't adhere to the rules, and that sux for the mods too because now their diversion from the real world is just as troublesome as ours.

This forum needs a group hug. I think we all need to calm down a bit. I see problems on both sides of the fence. We all seem to be far too uptight. Who cares that Welling isnt in SR? It wouldnt be the same Superman he has been training to be on Smallville. They are 2 totally different entities. I really wish everyone could embrace both versions and not get on each others back for not liking the one whomever chooses to like. I'm excited for both, but to be honest, my vote goes to Tom for the simple reason of me knowing basically what we'd get. I know nothing of Brandon, so I logically cannot give him a thumbs up until I see him in action.
This is a kickass time to be a superman fan, a TV show and a movie, yet all people can seem to do is fight about it. We have been blessed by the nerd gods. Smile people, it's free.

Am I the only SV fan that loves the new Superman suit? The classic just looks old and outdated to me, and it's too much 1980's lol. I'm sure they'll have something better than that in 2006/07 when SV ends.
