Oh come on, then how do you explain that the autobots dont fly but the Decepticons do? The bad guys are always gonna be uglier, so stop using your logic so much. In my opinion some of the decepticon designs are amazing, ie. Megatron, or that bulldozer guy Bee killed in the desert. Starscream's rodent face is pretty good as well and it really suits him.

They can morph their bodies to anything they want right? So they choose to be ugly because they re evil. Its weird how you can accept their flight but not their faces. I mean seriously, why do they fly?

Hell, i just remembered that the Autobots travelled through space like the decepticons did but the plot requires that they dont fly. Pretty convenient huh?

If the rumors about Sentinel Prime showing up are true, that explains who the gold Autobot is.

The better question would be "are they going to explain the Primes in a way that makes sense this time around?"

And living machines need to look like humans? I got plenty of emotion from the protagonists, namely the autobots, and Megs and Starscream from the decepticons. The other nameless decepticons were just there to get beaten up so...

Look, A3 there looks awesome, but he looks too much like a human for me to NOT roll my eyes. I mean he has a freaking mechanical stach! Jetfire's beard was far enough for me and i only accepted it because it wasnt all that obvious. It resembled one, but it wasnt so blatant.

A living machine "with a soul". Yes a machine with a soul should look human.

I think he's the most impressive looking Bayformer yet. He actually looks alive yet robotic. Bay has never combined those two qualities before.

Nothings wrong with a robot having a beard. Maybe it's a modification that signals status or wisdom.

I think that major flaws of the Transformers film designs ARE their faces (and their busy looking bodies). Making them look human (to me) just makes them look cooler.

This is the closest design that harkens back to the cartoon and comics.

I really dont see how the first teaser for ROTF was dark, it had some action sequences but thats it, and i dont think this one is dark either, just misterious, I mean thats a robot we´ve never seen before and we dont know what the hell is that ship. and I love how Bay involves this (Transformers) with the moon´s landing, kind of like "the hoover dam was built around the cube" situation in the 1st movie.

I don't know if amazing would be the word to use for the Decepticons, since they all looked alike and were fairly uninspired, compared to the Autobots.

Plus the whole idea that that the Apollo 11 moon landing was a cover for something much more...

Gives it a very dark and mysterious vibe.

i think the whole thing that Bay did with humans being aware of Transformers for years but keeping it under wraps was an interesting take on the mythos, I confess.

If it is Alpha trion/sentinel prime even more fail.

Don't care if it's another autobot, after 3 films it's gonna do a spiderman 3 and kill the franchise, which was born dead anyway.

It had potential but from the start they looked too alien now he want's them to look like this? Which bring me to another point? Is he exposing this one to show and upgrade in what the transformers maybe looking like now?

It's all fail in my opinion, I'll stick to them in my brain because they look better there.
