Transformers theme online

I don't recall suggesting all transformers fans have the same taste in music. Infact i didn't say that at all.

Way to go!!

what i did say was that the soundtrack kicked ass, and i half jokingly said you lost your crediblity because you call TRANSFORMERS soundtrack bland but you like this linkin park wanna be song.

sorry man, you just don't know how to rock.

Sorry. I didn't know you were joking. I felt like you were acting me personally by saying I lacked credibility even though I'm a huge transformer fan like you. I'm just not a fan of the 86 film. In retrospect their were some songs on the 86 soundtrack that I liked. All of them were instrumental. The songs I liked are the following:

Attack on Autobot city
Unicron's theme
Optimus Prime's death

What a gay soundtrack and theme song :whatever:

"What I've Done" Linkin Park
"DoomsDay Clock" Smashing Pumpkins
"This Moment" Disturbed
"Before It's Too Late (Sam and Mikaela's Theme)" Goo Goo Dolls
"Pretty Handsome Awkward" The Used
"Passion's Killing Floor" HIM
"What It Feels Like To Be A Ghost?" Taking Back Sunday
"Second To None" Styles Of Beyond
"End Of The World" Armor For Sleep
"Retina And The Sky" Idiot Pilot
"Technical Difficulties" Relient-K
"Transformers Theme" Mutemath

Well I have another reason to hate Michael Bay for this gay Transformers theme song :whatever:

This soundtrack does seem a bit odd, lol...many bands just doesn't fit with the soundtrack, i.e. The Used, HIM, Armor For Sleep, RELIENT-K...but I'm anxious to hear the Goo Goo Dolls though.

I'd prefer Nine Inch Nails, Radiohead, System of a Down, Marylin Manson, Rza/Ghostface, Oukast, Gorillaz, Beck, Fatboy Slim, Chemical Bros, Basement Jaxx, and Daft Punk. :trans:

What's with this goo goo dolls and linkin park crap. :down

Nine Inch Nails is just an awful band, never liked them...preffered Johnny Cash's "Hurt" instead of NIN's version anyday...Radiohead would actually be good, but not with doing the Transformers theme, just for a song for the soundtrack...System Of A Down are a bunch of hippies, and that really annoys me...Marilyn Manson is destined to Hell...when you say RZA/Ghostface, you mean both of them or either of them? Wu-Tang doing a song for the movie would be sweet, as also the soundtrack would've been cool just with hip-hop; Aesop Rock, Sage Francis, Atmosphere, Gym Class Heroes, shoot, even a Kanye West song would be sweet...and the other artists/groups, I just don't have time to say no to all of them.

Damn Stright..

THAT...was DISGUSTING.
I don't know which is worse..
The theme, or the fact Bay let this slide.

..and this is coming from a musician from these boards.
I actually write game music. If I had known they were that desperate for a TF theme,
I would've written one myself...

Check out my music - www.myspace.com/stoma

Your music sucks by the way, so you shouldn't be saying what is disgusting or not. It says your 'hardcore', and no, you're not.

Sorry I dont usually post this much but..
CRAP CRAP CRAP..

I would have even prefered

YOU'VE GOT THE TOUCH!
You got the POWER! lol..

The G.I. Joe theme would've made more sense..

Like I said, I bet you would since your music is awful as well.

But, me, I like the new Transformers theme...

The synthesizer of it is pretty sweet; but it is Linkin Park, right?

Sounds like Chester for sure.

Oh, yah...hey SHH boards, this is my first post!

U Mean, The One From S7? It's Cool!!!! I've Asked Mike Bay 2 Maybe Use That Instead! Cool, Huh?

SL, you are probably the most ignorant poster I've ever met at SHH. Either that or you're really young.

Michael Bay will not listen to you. All you did was waste your own time.

First sprouting conspiracies, then sending hatemail asking if it is a conspiracy, then sending mail to Bay and actually thinking he- and not some automated response at most- will reply to you.

Sorry kid, but in the real world, all we are -at least right now- are voices on a message board that carry no weight. That's the fact of life. By the way you carry yourself, I'm assuming under sixteen years old... no offense, just seems that way.

I'm looking forward to the Smashing Pumpkins and Styles of Beyond tracks. I don't like the new Goo Goo Dolls song...but if you're a fan you'll probably like it as it sounds like the usual GGD's fare.

Nine Inch Nails is just an awful band, never like them...preffered Johnny Cash's "Hurt" instead of NIN's verson...Radiohead would actually be good, but not with doing the Transformers theme...System Of A Down are a bunch of hippies, and that really annoys me...Marilyn Manson is destined to Hell...when you say RZA/Ghostface, you mean both of them or either of them? Wow...NIN's is far from awful. I think they would make a great addition to this soundtrack. SoaD and Marilyn Manson are great as well and would definitely add an edge to what looks like a "meh" group for a soundtrack.

And I don't think the soundtrack would've been good with only hip hop. You have to be very careful when you do add hip hop to a soundtrack...it really has to relate to the scene otherwise it will come off corny and tired. I don't see Aesop's music as soundtrack potential...especially for a big summer movie like this. Maybe for an indie type movie but not this movie. I HATE Gym Class Heroes...they sound so lame...that's the only word I can use to describe them. The only song I've heard from them that sounds halfway decent is "New Friend Request" but that's just because the beat is decent...his lyrics and flow are still subpar. You liking Aesop AND GCH's amazes me because Aesop's lyrics and flow are leagues above anything GCH's could put out.

I won't even get started on Kanye...I just say I can't stand the dude.

Your music sucks by the way, so you shouldn't be saying what is disgusting or not. It says your 'hardcore', and no, you're not.

I wouldn't say his music sucks. Its not my style but maybe others would like it...and it sounds better to me than that Mutemath theme.

Like I said, I bet you would since your music is awful as well.

Welcome to the boards...be sure to read all the stickies

AS for the REAL Mutemouth theme...it's actually quiet good, I like it.

chill out, theres no need for that, im sure he realizes micheal bay isn't going to read mail and try and change something he doens't even have control of.

hes just joking around. :trans:

Can't believe that there are people who dislike the 80's Soundtrack. To this day it's still one of my favorites.

The 80's soundtrack rocks on so many levels.

The LP song is alright, I like the start.

Um, just trying to wake the kid up from a dream world, check out the previous pages. :cwink:

Everyone here is aware the Linkin-Park-sounding theme with the cheesey lyrics is a fake, right?

What convinces you it is fake? Someone would go through all that trouble to imitate a linkin park sounding song just for a prank?

Of course. Modern Humorist dot com does that all the time. Plus, emulating Linkin Park is easy. HARD would be to fake a Zappa song, for example.

Zappa = real music.
Linkin Park = lame by the numbers pseudo nu metal

Because MuteMath put the REAL THEME up on this website: http://myspace.com/mutemath. And almost everyone on TFW2005 has known it's a fake for about a day and a half now.
Thats thats just horrible. Im speechless. Really I damn that song is just bad. It shouldn't be that hard to ruin such a simple song like the transformers theme. But they did it. They found a way.

I always thought GGD was a good band...but I haven't heard of their song for the soundtrack.

I won't even get started on Kanye...I just say I can't stand the dude.

I can't stand NIN, Manson or SOAD, they're just not my style of music, and, especially for Manson, he's just incredibly stupid for putting on make-up...all that gothic crap is just ridiculous...and, I much more prefer Aesop Rock, but GCH is great in my opinion, but, yes, their new stuff isn't as good as their first stuff, The Papercut Chronicles...especially the first three songs...they have kind of a darker tone with those songs from the first CD, and then they got all happy, which I don't think they should've, but ehh...and I'm a huge fan of Kanye...Kanye, Common, Talib Kweli, KRS-One...I'm a fan of hip-hop that's not necessarily rap, but a lot more poetic. That's also why I'm a fan of Aesop and Sage Francis. Any hip-hop that's more decent than that G-Unit crap is fine with me.

I wouldn't say his music sucks. Its not my style but maybe others would like it...and it sounds better to me than that Mutemath theme.

Well, I said they stink, lol...it wasn't placed right in any of the songs...it should've been organized a lot better.

But, there's a band called Sky Eats Airplane that derive mainly on electronica stuff...and they should've done a Transformers song...they did one song where, for the "breakdown" area, that put in the Super Mario Bros. sound and mixed it up; it was pretty cool.

Thats thats just horrible. Im speechless. Really I damn that song is just bad. It shouldn't be that hard to ruin such a simple song like the transformers theme. But they did it. They found a way.

Don't bash it because it's a different tone of the TF theme...I actually liked it...most indie stuff such as MuteMath is good, imo.

I knew they didn't do that other theme though, it didn't sound like them at all, lol.
