From Wikipedia

Major villains

Featured here are villains who were Peter’s key adversaries in an Ultimate Spider-Man arc. In order of appearance:

* The Green Goblin. is Norman Osborn, the unscrupulous tycoon of chemistry firm Oscorp and deep in corporate crime. He developed an experimental power-enhancing drug named "OZ" and treated spiders with it. He witnessed that one of them bit Peter and supercharged his metabolism. Osborn set up a lab to inject OZ into his body. The experiment misfired and changed him into an insane, near-invincible green monster (unlike his Marvel 616 counterpart, who was essentially human but wore a green goblin costume). Notable is the fact that Osborn retains his criminal nature in his human form. After the Ultimate Six attack, he is currently in cryogenics at S.H.I.E.L.D.
* The Kingpin, real name Wilson Fisk, is the head of New York corporate crime. He is a giant with deadly strength, a ruthless mobster and notorious for bribing his way out of prosecution. However, he desires one thing he cannot buy: the health of his comatose wife Vanessa Fisk.
* Doctor Octopus. , real name Dr. Otto Octavius, is one of Norman Osborn's elite scientists and an industrial spy for Justin Hammer at Osborn industries. He worked with four cybernetic arms strapped to his waist which allowed him to manipulate hazardous items from a distance. In the same explosion that turned Osborn into the Green Goblin, the four arms were permanently welded onto his flesh. He was defeated twice by Spider-Man and at last had his octopus arms removed and destroyed by Nick Fury.
* Kraven The Hunter. is Sergei Kravinoff, the Russian-born Australian host of his own action reality show(supposedly a parody of "The Crocodile hunter"). He wanted to kill Spider-Man to boost his ratings. After his defeat, he genetically tampered with his DNA to become a gruesome werewolf-like monster. He now more closely resembles the Puma.
* A Spider-man copycat killer who terrorized the population wearing a Spider-Man costume and webshooters. Fans long speculated it was the Chameleon, but in fact, he was "just another guy".
* Venom is Eddie Brock Jr., an intelligent but irresponsible university student who was Peter's childhood friend. He is the son of Eddie Brock, a long-time collaborator of Peter's father on an experimental power-increasing balm, codenamed Venom. Eddie came in contact with Venom and became a super-strong black monster. He lost his sanity and was gunned down by the police. He has since made his return in the Ultimate Spider-Man video game and now has full control over his powers.

* Carnage. was a vampiric abomination, created when Dr. Curt Conners experimented on Peter Parker’s blood (using part of Peter's father's resource from the venom suit). Originally only a sample in a test tube, the fetus grew into a soulless monster. Needing the life force of others to constantly repair his damaged DNA matrix, he killed Gwen Stacy in a controversial story arc. Carnage was mercy-killed by Peter who threw him down an industrial chimney. In the Ultimate Spider-Man game, Carnage returns in a different form. This time he is the remnants of the first symbiote Peter wore. It becomes reanimated after coming into contact with Eddie Brock Jr.'s symbiote Venom suit.
* Hobgoblin is Harry Osborn, the troubled and schizophrenic son of Norman Osborn. He witnessed the chemical accident that turned his father into the Green Goblin, was exposed to the same chemicals, and from then on had latent Goblin powers. He was brainwashed by his evil father into forgetting everything, and still cared for him deeply. Disturbed by witnessing the "death" of his father (who is actually in cryogenics at S.H.I.E.L.D.) and seeing his girlfriend Mary Jane Watson fall for Peter Parker, Harry's fragile mind snapped. He began to see things, turned into an orange monster and was defeated by Spider-Man. The Hobgoblin's powers are nearly identical to the Green Goblin's, though his appearance is slighly more draconic. In original continuity, Harry simply assumed the role of Green Goblin, again after his father's apparent death, and a completely different individual was the Hobgoblin.
* Silver Sable is a mercenary from Symkaria. Although she made her original appearance in the Ultimate Spider-Man game, she has appeared as the central villain in the most recent arc. She leades a mercenary organization known as the Wild Pack, and is skilled enough to best Peter in hand to hand combat. She had a troubled childhood, apparently ignored by her father and abused by her alcoholic mother. In reality, her father hunted Nazis , and she forgave him at his deathbed and decided to follow in his footsteps. While she has, so far, only appeared as an antagonist to Spider-Man, she is not actually a villain so much as a bounty hunter, and he holds no particular ill-will towards Spidey. She isn't necessarily a good person either, though, as in the Spiderman game she threatened Peter Parker's family as a means of getting Peter to work with her. Never having been told her real name, Spider-Man jokingly calls her "Crazy Lady". The Wild Pack consists:

*
o Chen the tech-savy Asian funny guy who does most of the recon work with his buddy Powell. Unlike his partner though he wasn't willing to whack a kid just 'cause. He was killed by the Vulture.
o Powell a big bald man who serves as the groups strong man and usually works with Chen. He carries twin handguns and tends to resort to drastic measures when in predicaments. He seemed greatly affected by Chen's death threatening to kill Spider-Man.
o Quentino a female martial arts fighter. She pilots their chopper and is usually seen wearing a baseball cap with a panda picture on it. She has gone under the knife at least once when the group was on a mission in Latveria.
* Deadpool, last seen kidnapping Spider-Man and Shadowcat. Little has been revealed about him thus far, but he maintains his sarcastic attitude from original continuity, though his speech balloons are no longer inexplicably yellow, and thus far he hasn't shown a tendency to break the 4th Wall. He also appears to hold strong, anti-mutant sentiments.

Other villains

Featured here are villains who appeared in Ultimate Spider-Man, but were not major antagonists, such as the sidekicks of major villains (e.g. the Enforcers) or villains with no agenda who just came across Spider-Man (e.g. Justin Hammer).

* The Black Cat is Felicia Hardy, an extremely attractive young woman who blames her father's death on the Kingpin. Taking revenge, she stole and, apparently, destroyed a priceless artifact in front of his eyes that he was going to use on his comatose wife and then was seemingly killed by Elektra. However, Black Cat apparently survived, saving Spider-Man from getting shot by Hammerhead. She has long displayed romantic interest in Spider-Man, making Peter positively nervous because she is ten years older than him. Recently, Black Cat discovered this fact about Spider-Man and vomited on his costume out of shock and embarrassment. Black Cat is also the sworn enemy of Elektra.
* Electro gained his powers from Justin Hammer's genetic tampering. He was one of the Kingpin's hitmen. He joined the Ultimate Six and fought The Ultimates.

* Elektra is the Greek ninja Elektra Natchios. She became the elite assassin of the Kingpin after the Enforcers left and Electro was arrested. Moon Knight put her into a coma by throwing one of his moon-shaped throwing blades into her head. Elektra and Black Cat are sworn enemies.
* The Enforcers were a quartet of mastermind "Mr. Big" Frederick Foswell, lasso-wielding "Montana" Bale, strongman Bruno "Ox" Sanchez and gunslinger "Fancy Dan" Rubinstein. They were the Kingpin's hitmen until they were twice defeated by Spider-Man. Foswell was murdered by Wilson Fisk himself after failing to protect him from Spider-Man. Recently, they have become the hitmen of Hammerhead.
* Justin Hammer was a wealthy corporate criminal, specializing in illegal genetic tampering. He died of a heart attack when he was attacked by Dr. Octopus. He spoke in a strong Southern accent.
* Hammerhead is a mutant crimelord and a rival of the Kingpin. Recently, he tried to take over the Kingpin's turf, but then got flung out of a fifth-story window by Elektra and has gone into a coma.
* The Lizard. is the reptilian alter ego of Dr. Curt Conners. Spider-Man has only encountered the Lizard once, while searching for him in the New York City sewer system. When Spider-Man eventually did locate the creature, he was too confused to fight it. Fortunately for him, another strange creature (apparently the fear-sensing being called Man-Thing) rescued him and reversed Conners' transformation. He was last seen in police custody after surrendering for his part in creating Carnage.
* Moon Knight is a vigilante with mysterious ties to Hammerhead. It is hinted that he suffers from multiple personality disorder, and seems to have at least three personalities, Marc Spector, Steven Grant and Jake Lockley, with a possible fourth being a little girl who he sees in his mind, but remains unnamed. It is also possible that the Moon Knight identity itself is another personality all its own. He was stabbed by Elektra and went into a coma.
* Sandman is Flint Marko, a highly criminal felon who was transformed into a sand-like monster by illegal genetic tampering performed on him by Justin Hammer's scientists. He became part of the Ultimate Six.
* Tinker-er is Elijah Stern, a former employee of the ROXXON pharmaceutical enterprise. He had figured out a way to use vibranium as an unlimited power source, but was later fired by Donald Roxxon. He then set on a vendetta by creating battle suits (Slayer) and hiring goons (such as the Vulture and Omega Red) to terrorize his former employer and his company. He was recently apprehended by Nick Fury and agreed to work for SHIELD and see a therapist as opposed to having a bullet put through his head.
* Vulture. is Blackie Drago, ex-SHIELD. His Vulture Suit was provided to him by Elijah Stern who hired him to ruin Donald Roxxon's business. He debuted by lobbing a bomb onto Spider-Man, Silver Sable and her Wild Pack, killing Chen. He was later defeated by Spider-Man and Silver Sable who damaged his suit and then taken into custody by SHIELD.

Additionally, Boomerang, the Punisher, the Gladiator, Rhino, Omega Red, Killer Shrike, the Beetle, the Shocker, Nightmare, Bonebreaker and the Ringer appeared as villains in cameo roles. Mysterio briefly appeared as part of the Spider-Man movie that was made in Ultimate Spider-Man #54-59, though he was actually just an actor named Bruce (possibly a reference to Bruce Campbell as an in-joke) in the suit.

His lab experimented on all sorts of animals not just spiders.
And used only one of every animal.

Wikipedia is as bad as IMDB.

For some things, yes. But for things like plot summaries and character descriptions from things that have already been released its a pretty decent resource. Butfor unreleased movies and such, its a crock o ****
