I mean people who are named after infamous people, or people that just have first or last names that are sadly ripe for mockery. There is one guy that I knew at Purdue who actually has the first name Osama, and when 9/11 hit and to this day, whenever someone mentions the name or he has to broadcast it in some fashion, there's always someone hesitant. I also had an instructor named John Merrick, which I thought was hilarious, but I guess in hindsight he probably caught so much **** for that over the years it wasn't funny.

I'm currently forgetting the kid's first names but I know that both of the daughters of the former Jim Helliwg ( The Ultimate Warrior ) now bear the surname of "Warrior" when Hellwig legally changed his name.

There was a solider in the army or NG who legally changed his name to Optimus Prime. Sometimes fandom can cross the line into insanity.

There was a gay rights activist who actually went by the name of Luke Sissy***. (<---I just want to clarify that was his choice, not me calling him that) I'm not sure if that was his legal name of not but he actually went by that name in public.

I knew a real life Forrest Gump who began to dislike his name after a certain movie was released.
