Well I just got suspended from High School...

I remember I was sitting in class one day, when some assclown starts throw books off of people. One of the books hit me, so I tossed it back at him. He didn't like that, not one bit. He started to walk towards me and I stood up, the fight begun. I grabbed him by the throat and forced him to the ground, to bad for me, the teacher came in.

We both got detention in the end.

And the moral of the story is.....

My advice for all Highschoolers. Screw High school, it's only 4 years of being told to shut up and sit up straighT, your better off getting a GED and taking community college courses. If I could go back to High School with the knowledge I knew of now, I'd probably beg to be suspended! It's only fair, you have to endure bullying, favoritism from certain instructors, a social order, athletic events that could get you killed, and so on and so on, it's a hypocritical institution that hides behind the veil of education only to ruin your outlook on the whole world and everybody in it for the rest of your life. So if I have to go through all that again, I'm setting the whole place off. ***** High school.

Yeah, not so sure that's the best option. I've had to be involved heavily in hiring the last year, and we pretty much threw everyone out that had a GED, even if they went on to college. Not saying it's fair, but that's what happens. And this was for a damn sales job.

I love my high school. I'm the stupid annoying yet funny comedian of the school :o

Well I got a letter in the mail today regarding my suspension.

The reason of my suspension was "physical assault on another person without medical acknowledgment".

So now I have that on my record and yet I didn't even touch the guy.

Great

Hopefully this taught the other guy a lesson & he doesn't try to do anything to retaliate against you. Did you know this guy or was it just a random encounter?

Wonder how many times he's watched Jaws during all this

play nice fellas....

Meanwhile back at the ranch Polly and Susy investigate the source of the mysterious fart noises coming out of the broom closet.

...for defending my self?

On Friday i was in the weight room working out, and this guy starts to make fun of me because of my lack of strength and stuff, so I ignore the guy and go to a different room.

I come back at the end of class to gather my stuff, and he starts to make fun of me again for another minute. Being the guy i am, I tell the guy "How about you stop squakin?" he then starts to throw punches at me until the teacher comes in and stops it.

I didn't even touch the guy, or start or anything, i just told him to stop in a sense?

I go to the office, and the principal tells me I am suspended for getting involved with a fight.

This is bull crap
The unfortunate reality is that teachers (everywhere, always) refuse to stop any form of abuse until it becomes physical--and when it does they feel they are required to punish all parties, regardless of who threw the first punch. It is, of course, completely absurd--if someone throws a punch at you, what choice to you have but to respond? Hopefully you have parents who are more reasonable than the school system (which is not difficult to achieve).

The root of the problem is that teachers simply do not understand how to deal with bullying of any kind. Frankly, it's probably better for you that there was a physical confrontation. Even though you were suspended, at least this way the other individual was also dealt with. If there had been no fight--if he had simply continued to harass you verbally--then nothing would have been done about it, ever.
