Marvel should seriously make their lessor guns TV shows... Luke Cage... Iron Fist... Hawkeye and Panther could probably be live action low budget films though since I want to see those guys in Avengers sequels... so they should rightfully be introduced in their own feature film. But the other low profile characters would definitely be suited for TV as well.

Not to say that TV in general for Marvel is a bad idea, but i think out of the ones you mentioned Iron Fist could work very well on screen (maybe better than TV)

Daredevil should be a tv show. The rise of Kingpin or the Owl could be great. Plus he's got so much history! With Echo, Bullseye,.......the list goes on and on. It could even be done CSI style, with guest like Moon Knight or even Shang Chi.

I could see Daredevil being a show on like showtime or something like that.

Im pretty sure you are implying that DD take on a case an episode (or 2) but CSI style to me implies little continuity, but I'drather see any tv comic adaptation to be more like FXs shows which are rich with continuity.

Lucas didn't go to TV until well... starting this fall 2008... I mean its similar in that he basically established a small independent studio for himself... Marvel should milk their live action features... Avengers trilogy... Thor, Hulk, IM franchises... even lesser characters/spinoffs... possibly reboots for a couple of other franchises... but TV shows will be based on the most minor of their characters... even guys like Cage and Fist are probably too big for a TV series. (Oh and I am referring to live action series...)

Yes! StarLord, Nova, all their band of galactic misfits are PERFECT for a tv show cuase those guys will never see the big screen. I would even venture to say put this on sci-fi channel(hear me out)and put it in the mold of a Farscape series which was by far Sci-fi greatest series ever but have continuity, so if I missed an episode I can still follow it.

Doctor Strange could make a really cool and totally different 'superhero movie.'

just to be off the wall here

Ghost Rider...

By someone competent. I saw Iron Man and I have to say I am extremely envious that GR couldn't even hold his Iron jock. The butcher hatchet job that GR under took is so painfully more obvious now, it kill's me.

I think it is very clear when a superhero film is taken seriously, they can really be spectacles in both visual imagination, as well as intellectual stimuli. You cannot compare camp / humor with a seriously good story and tone. Trying to make GR even remotely humorous is a bad failed experiment.

The reason GR sux so badly is because it has the same writer/director as DD, Mark Steven Johnson. Dunno why he keeps getting new job...

That's the thing I don't get, which is why I still have to see GR for myself. Daredevil had some humorous moments to be sure, but overall it's pretty dark and gritty (and I'm talking about Johnson's cut), both in story and in its look.

From what I've seen of GR, it seems like Johnson just let the humor and the fantasy elements run amok.

That's all I'm gonna say about it until I see the movie.

I really want to see luke cage really bad.. But I want it to stay out of the hands of singleton...honestly luge cage would be bad ass on screen... also I would love for deadpool to get a spinoff from XO:W... I also want to see a Dr Strange.. He has so much to offer... seriuos potential on the silver screen and would seperate it self from the other hero movies....iron first would be awesome(come on ray park)Lol moon knight is totally under estimated too.. He'd be great! Hawkeye can just be put in the sequel for the avengers

After this lineup I think they should definitely continue some individual franchises. IM3 and Hulk 2 at least. I think Thor will probably bomb so keep some characters in Avengers. I do want Hawkeye and Black Panther as well. Maybe Cage and Fist after that.

Deathlok would be cool! Or how about Cable?? I'm only saying that so I can see APOCALYPSE!!

A Gambit movie, hahaha.

Or a nightcrawler one.... or a Mystique one.

One of this three would be nice.

I just hope this hulk does well, I want to see the leader in a sequel.

Doctor Strange, Moon Knight and Iron Fist
There the ones i would like to see in there own film one day

I hope the other studios that already have other Marvel properties (ala Fox and Sony) hold off on their major summer tentpoles till after Marvel studios is done with Avengers in 2011... just out of respect. I understand they still need to maintain the rights... but if Fox wants to keep FF I want them to release a Silver Surfer film in the Holiday season instead of the summer to avoid Marvel property competition pitted against each other... X-Men spinoffs should come in the fall or spring as well since they are smaller in scale. Same with Sony... I am willing to wait till 2012 before we get a new recasted trilogy for Spiderman. That's the last year Sony has to make another one so they'll still hold on to the rights as long as they make it by then. Maybe wishful thinking on my part. But if these other studios start stacking one year with a bunch of hapass properties to meet deadlines... I mean even if they are good... it would be too crowded to have more than three major Marvel movies in the same summer (DC not even included). Just wishful thinking on my part but I hope it plays out that way.

I hope a possible DP movie doesn't turn into crap because of Fox.
