I used to have a Wacom Bamboo but it stopped working somehow. And apparently Wacom help can't do anything. so I need to buy a new one *sigh*

Wacom customer service has been horrid ever since they released the Intuos4. If there were another competitor that offered a product as good a quality as Wacom's Intuos series, I'd go with them in a heartbeat.

... but I digress. Why come no caricature love for the thread starter?
