What should be done with Hood's group?

Yeah. There is a slim chance of that happening as Bendis has proven interested in emasculating characters; see, oh, every arc of ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN. But I wouldn't bet on it. He sees the Hood as the best thing since Dr. Doom. Even better; Hood wasn't jolly stomped by Captain Sissy, known in the states as Sentry, after all.

Well even the hood hasn't been particularly interesting or competent under Bendis' pen, so far Brubaker wrote him way better in DD, then Bendis has so far.

it's funny,the Hood and his gang just seem like another idea Bendis originally cooked up for Powers

Bendis used the idea a couple times in Powers and it seems to be put o much better use over there

Probably because Powers is built on gritty street crime and stuff, right? Having guys who regularly fight the Fantastic Four and the Avengers under some random street thug's thumb just doesn't work as well as if all of the Hood's gang were as small-time as he is. The Dormammu reveal fixes that a bit, but it still doesn't really feel right.
