My hopes are very high for this, It's going to be crushing if they don't announce anything Spidey related...

The screen behind him will say "CIVIL WAR", and he shouts "I'm not supposed to be here, I just have nothing to do today" as security remove him. Feige will then announce a Squirrel Girl movie starring Ariana Grande.
