My quick pitch
Start off with Ben and Alicia out on a lunch date in midtown somewhere, everything is going well they're laughing and joking when Suddenly the building starts to shake and the earth is rumbling and everyone is freaking out, the lights go out and up from under a busy street comes Mole Man leading an Army of Subterraneans and Ben is witnessing this. He uses a device designed by Reed to contact the rest of the Fantastic Four who arrive to help. Sue is using her force fields to protect the nearby citizens from falling debris etc. Johnny's flying around his flame is bright and hurting the eyes of Mole Man and his subterraneans and hitting others with fire blasts. Ben is locked in a clash of titans with a huge monster (the one from the cover of (F41) and Reed is disabling Mole man himself wrapping around him and taking aways his staff.
After the battle we see the 4 back at the Baxter building. Reed is immersed in work and talks about how he's on the verge of a major scientific discovery. Ben is posing for a sculpture by Alicia, Johnny makes a few wise ass comments and leaves saying he's got better things to do than sit around there (Or something to that extent) Later on I'd show shots of him dating celebrities like Paris or someone like that. When we see Sue she's sick she's in the bathroom throwing up. She comes out to see Reed, she looks a little worse for wear and starts to tell Reed something, he cuts her off provoking her anger and jumps out of his chair and takes long stretchy legged steps across the lab, he turns on some odd looking projector like machine and asks Sue to look through it. She does and looks at him and asks "is that what i think it is/" He replies "Yes a plane of existence parallel to or own, only all matter is negatively charged"
Together they work out away to travel to this "Negative Zone" and explore it, Johnny doesn't go with them on this initial journey. ben of course Piltos these missions back and forth but while in the N Zone unbeknownst to them they've caught the attention of a powerful and paranoid creature known as Annihilus. After studying the 4 Annihlius deems them a threat and after viewing them and uses the Cosmic Rod to go to There universe
Annihilus while on earth would try to take over; Johnny's back around and wants to rush the team into confrontation, but Sue stops him and they guys ask why? She tells them She's pregnant. Reeds' jaw literally hits the floor and Ben falls out of his seat. Johnny is speechless likely for the first time in his life
Reed is nervous about how the cosmic rays could affect Sue's pregnancy and does some tests which pisses off Thing and Johnny who go to confront Annihlus alone. They get there proverbial ass handed to them while Reed at his Lab finds something in Sue that worries him about the pregnancy and how he can stabilize it with matter from the N zone specifically with Annihlus rod.
The team forms a plan. Reed has noticed that while Annihilus is powerful and has supremely advanced tech he seems hell bent on conquering but his strategy is not that great and while they cant over power him they can outsmart him. The FF get into the fantasticar and get ready for the confrontation
An epic all out battle ensues with the Boys taking on Annihilus while Sue is invisible and surprises him long enough for Ben to knock him down and away from the rod. Sue grabs the rod and both turn invisible and she blasts annihilus with it. Reed takes the unconscious Annihlus back to the N Zone and vows to never go back there as it presents to great a danger, and locks the rod away feeling it too powerful a weapon to fall into anyones hands. He "normalizes" Sue's pregnancy and they all live realtively happily end film
Now I left alot out, from above I'd have more humorous moments more Ben/Johnny interaction and plenty of Reed/Sue but above is the gist
