I was thinking. Joker gets arrested in what would seem to be before the third act? I would imagine that the third act involves the barges?

What do people think transpires between Joker's arrest and the end of the film?

There are increasing rumors that Joker in fact scars Dent? How can he do this he he is locked up? Does he escape?

And if he is locked up, how does he orchestrate his complex barge plot?

Does he get his TWO matching scars while locked up as seen form the footage?

In the "WW tell all" thread somewhere. In the sides there's a prisoner talking about christmas lights and a painful stomach, in the footage there's a guy lying down with a blue glow coming from him. No escape info, just think Joker and this guy are in jail at the same time
