This was a pretty solid little 90 minute survival thriller and I had no idea it was based on a true story. That ending definitely surprised me too.

This was pretty entertaining with a fun, likable performances from Jack Quaid. The gore/kills are super over the top which won't be for everybody but that's definitely part of the fun and some bits actually made me wince too.

Really fun! Would make a good double feature with Mickey 17 in terms of slapstick energy.

Jack Quaid's charm goes a long way in elevating the material.

SUPERMAN, the 1982 ABC TV 3 hour cut. For its first TV airing, ABC TV cut together the theatrical version, plus the deleted scenes that can be found as extras on the DVD, as well as several other extended parts to scenes not seen on any other release. Not seen again, that is, until it came out on Blu-ray in 2017. This 3 hr and 8 min (without commercials) cut, was aired as a two night special event. It wasn't shown again until the 2017 Blu-ray edition. I personally consider the movie SUPERMAN the greatest comic book movie made, and this extended version, with all the deleted scenes and extra bits cut professionally cut back into it, is a wonderful thing to see.

This was really beautiful. A great animated movie with only animals, and even though this gets close to something of an adventurous fable they still behave and interact like their typical species, and only communicates with their own "animal voices". The animation is purely great regarding the environment on land, or on and occassionly under water. Same goes for the various animals, how they move and act like actual animals. Very natural and realistic.

The cat is the lead character, and it's fascinating to follow it during this flooding catastrophy that suddenly starts early on. We don't learn why this is happening, nor do we see any humans, only overflooded remains of civilisation. The architecture is also in itself vague in telling in which era this would be. And I like the unexplained little mysteries over all here.

As someone growing up with cats, I enjoyed little details like even though this cat is pretty smart and often quickly finds it's way out in critical situations, it still occassionally also does random stupid and typical instinctive cat stuff which makes for some lighter moments.

The ending might feel divisive (and IMHO a bit abrupt?), and I totally understand that, but over all this a great and beautiful animated adventure.

This reminded me a lot of a QT flick especially when it comes down to the dialogue scenes and the random outbursts of graphic violence and the cast is really interesting as well. Seeing Bill Murray and Pete Davidson playing such sadistic characters alone made it worth watching IMO but I can see why most people wouldn't be super impressed by it but I had a pretty good time with it for the most part.

The most interesting thing about this one is that its from the director of Train to Busan which is a pretty great flick but unless you really like slow burn thrillers or just have to watch every South Korean film that comes out I just can't really recommend it. I just couldn't get into the plot or the characters and the twists in it are super predictable IMO.

Now I really enjoyed this one and if you've seen enough Indian action flicks than you should know what to expect but man the last half hour of this was so badass and satisfying IMO.
