i will compare the two, thank you.
they both make boring films, in my opinion.

I don't think he is.(edit- I guess he is.)JLBats said:Don't even compare the two.
JLBats said:No, one makes pretentious overwrought movies with bad twists at the end that completely negate what has gone before.
The other makes excellent movies with genuinely great storylines and complex character arcs, as well as brilliant compositions and incredible style.
But I guess this is the ADD generation.

coming from someone who actually liked pirates of the carribean 2 (no story, boring first hour and 45 minutes, too long, same old tired jokes, crap action, and about the only thing it had going for it was great sepacial effects), your little "ADD generation" joke doesn't really hurt.

The movie suffers from the same theme...that being it thinks its good...but really its not.Spelunking Man said:You are not what you think you are - that's the premise of the movie.
It was not an absolute trash, well maybe there's some truth to your statement. The movie flops dearly on box office sales.
However, in certain aspect you are right - IMO you don't need to produce a movie just to point out that. I wouldn't even call it a masterpiece.
The last time I saw that movie I relized all Batman and Robin talk about is getting boners. Don't belive me? Go watch any part when those two talk about Ivy. Don't watch the whole movie since it sucks.Chris Wallace said:Batman & Robin. I wanted my kids to see why I rip on it so much.
