What would you do if you discovered a real life mutant? Or that you were one?

What would/could you do? If you discovered that you or a friend were a real life mutant? Where would you go? Would you keep it a secret? Would you attempt to be a hero or villain, or perhaps remain neutral? Would you trust the government to help you? Who would the first person you told be? Are there any places that might be more willing than others to look into your case and help you?

Doesn't really matter, but it would have to be something that realy made you go, "Holy crap I'm definately a mutant!" not something like "I think my finger nails grow faster than other people!"

What I would do with the powers would depend on what they were, but I'd never become a villain if I can help it.

Let's say I had accelerated healing. If i had that I would definitely go fight in fight clubs or box or something like that.

If I was like the Hulk I would definitely go find a cure.

Probably my close friend, if I told anyone. I wouldn't be going to the government though, that's for sure.

I probably wouldn't go looking for other people, but it would be cool if I ran across other people with powers.

For me. The worst thing possible, would be finding out that other people had powers... cause then that means someone could stop me.

If I was a mutant, I'd tell my family about it, and use my powers for good if I can. If I found a mutant, I'd kill it and eat its heart to gain its courage.

Depends... on what the 'mutation' was

If it was something ****** (like a third arm) I'd hide it. But if it was like telekinesis like Hellion or Jean Gray I'd be all... **** YEAH!

They had a special on last night about the real X-Men on the discovery channel. This guy was going around the world to find people who had amazing abilities. This guy was special himself since he could bend in any postion he wanted too. He went and found a guy that could stick metal objects to his skin and they wouldn't fall. (They kinda compared him to Magneto). The other two guys were someone who could withstand cold temperatures and high voltage electricity. They even had Stan the Man on there.
