I saw that long time ago. That poster is a dead giveaway though.

I'm watching Drive Angry right now. It's dumb, but I'm enjoying it. Love Fichtner in this, absolutely love him. No wonder why he's in my top ten of favorite actors!

Taken 7/10

An original action thriller, in the vein of The Bourne Identity.

Waking Life 9/10

Interesting film, comprised of segments on philosophical issues and questions.

Paths of Glory (1957) -- 3.5/5
It probably deserves a higher rating, it was just that good. Maybe a bit too short.

The Killing (1956) -- 2.5 or 3/5
A flawless heist movie, but I think most of the characters were somewhat underdeveloped. Was I supposed to care for the protagonist at the end? Because I didn't even know him.

On Guard (1997) -- 1.5/5
Dull swashbuckler flick. Not even bad, just... dull.

Live and Let Die (1973) -- 2/5

Different rating or the same?

Hard to say. I still enjoyed the hell out of it. I originally gave it a 3.5/5, I think I'll keep it at that. I don't really think it deserves a 4 due to some of it's flaws.

The Darkest Hour

Hellraiser: Hellworld

2.5/5

I forgot how awesome Raul Julia/Christopher Lloyd/Angelica Huston&Christina Ricci were in their roles!

Le Samuraï.

Awesome French movie. For some reason, it very much struck me as almost a companion piece to The French Connection (one of my favorite movies) in terms of visuals and thematic elements. Plus all or the use of silence and non-verbal storytelling was very much my thing too.
