Tim Burton, I wish you did better than this. It's got a nice atmosphere and design but there was nothing really memorable, new, or creative. They play it off as a horror comedy but I can't remember if I laughed at all in this. 6/10
Brick
A pretty damn creative story of a murder mystery set in a high school. By set in high school I mean it's as if everyone was playing their roles like a real murder mystery. At first the movie was really odd to me until things started going on plot wise. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is the main guy trying to find out the killer and he was amazing in it. The thing that impressed me the most was the nice camera shots, the director is really getting me excited for Looper. 7.5/10
Works better as a drama than as a comedy. But still, is pretty dull. Not even Rowan Atkinson's character saves it. He should've been more, it was the only truly funny scene in the whole movie.
Lone Wolfe McQuade starring Chuck Norris. 7/10 The best Chuck Norris film , imo. Where's the sequel? Interesting to see David Carradine in his earlier days.
