When product placement is well done.

I actually think that in Transformers you have some good placement I mean sure the car are in your face but its A MOVIE ABOUT TRANSFORMING CARS! They are never like " I love this Chevy Camaro!". Megan Fox says something to the extent of "Why did he turn into this crappy camaro?", which is kinda legitimate and provided some humor but that really is the only outright mention of it other than Josh Duhammel saying the name of the car again later in the film. So while it seems like alot its actually really well done and for me it was nice to see cars that existed in real life as opposed to having no labels at all on the cars and never being able to own these vehicles. The Labels kinda added a bit of gravity that 'oh wow that car is out there cool." Thats all.

Honestly, Iron Man had good product placement. Tony's "American cheeseburger" line fitting in with Burger King was great and hot damn, it worked, I wanted a Whopper in that scene.

Seeing cheap hookers on the TV show Cops always makes me want cheap hookers like Cops have.

Regarding the "Iron Man" scene, every time I eat a damn Whopper I think of that scene.

Also, Dr. Pepper in "Spider-Man" 1 and 2. It's less noticable in "2" but you see a whole fridge full of them at the pizza place in the beginning.

Back to the Future:

DeLorean, Pepsi, and Nike were the really big ones across the whole trilogy.

Toyota, Jeep, Burger King, Texaco, and Pizza Hut all had slightly more minor placement in the movies.

I'd really love to see some commemorative products from them in 2015.

Transformers - Half the movie was pretty much a car commercial for the new Camaro (which I don't mind because that car is awesome).

Well GM did spend most of the advertising budget for the year to be the official car of the Transformers. My friend works at an Ad Agency on that account and said it was a huge gamble for them, good thing the movie was a hit.

I would love to have a Pepsi from BTTF II.

I friend of mine told me that he has the "oooh, I want one of those right now" is the part when Ricky Bobby eats with his family and prays to baby Jesus. It's a bunch of unhealthy but pretty tasty food in their table.
