I am beyond stoked for Civil War, not only for the title character but for reintroducing Spider-Man. Also very excited to see the Black Panther, and was surprised to hear Ant-Man will be in it as well. Very much anticipating X-Men, for the long awaited return of Cyclops and Nightcrawler, my two favorite X-Men. I was not particularly impressed with the BvS trailer, really I still would have preferred a straight sequel to MoS. I'm not writing it off yet though. Dr. Strange will creep up this list as more info comes, excited to see another whole world from the comics opened up on screen. I've never been too crazy about the character, but Deadpool is above Gambit only because Ryan Reynolds own excitement is beyond palpable. Couldn't care less about Gambit, SS, or TMNT2 right now, though a few friends that are Turtles fans recommended the movie, so when/if I ever get around to seeing it, maybe TMNT2 could move up as well.

Its a tough choice between B v S and Xmen. Have to go for Xmen mainly because of the return of the Incredible Nightcrawler and the return of the superior and only Quicksilver.

No surprise to see CW and BvS so close, they are undoubtedly the most anticipated. I just cant help but feel both will be overstuffed, though WB will allow Snyder control on the run time were as Marvel can be strict with theirs which can effect their movies. But I still think both have too much to cover.

I think X-Men Apocalypse and Suicide Squad will be a bit less stuffed and more focused. Of course, the opposite could end up being true! I love Singers and Ayers last movies though so that helps.

Grew up reading Marvel in the late '70s and '80s, so here's my list:

Will be in the seats on opening day:

1.- Captain America: Civil War
2.- Doctor Strange

Reviews will decide if I buy a ticket or watch at home:

3.- Deadpool
4.- Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
5.- X-Men: Apocalypse

Will definitely be sitting on my couch while watching these ones:

6.- Gambit
7.- Suicide Squad
8.- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2

1. Civil War
2. Suicide Squad
3. Deadpool
4. Apocolypse
5. Gambit
6. BvS
7. Dr. Strange

1. Civil War - yes, please.

2. Deadpool - looks refreshingly different, and Ryan Reynolds seems like a good dude.

3. Batman v. Superman - WB/DC has yet to earn my trust, but this is still intriguing.

4. Dr. Strange - based on MCU faith alone, I'm not familiar with Strange other than his cameos in other comics.

5. X-Men Age of Apocalypse - Solid cast and production design looks cool so far.

6. Suicide Squad - Jared Leto is an amazing casting decision for The Joker...but those tattoos aren't doing anything for my WB/DC trust issues.

7. Gambit - Channing Tatum is cool, but not sold on the casting.

8. TMNT 2 - First was Meh.

SS
Cap 3
X-Men
Deadpool
BvS

After seeing AOU again I am really worried about CW being overstuffed and not being long enough. B v S will be as well but WB will let that movie be as long as it needs to be were as Marvek can be quite self damaging when it comes to run times.

I give CW and even X:A the benefit of the doubt coming off stellar predecessors. And AOU wasn't the Russos. And while I'm looking forward to BvsS, it's predecessor was divisive among many fans.

I thought Suicide Squad and Deadpool would be getting more votes. Both seem to be a little different from the usual CBM fare which I think is something we need in the genre. Plus, with SS, I liked End Of Watch and loved Fury even more so the director alone had me excited for that one.

Grill and tattooed Joker isn't doing any favors. But regardless, it's out the same year as BvsS. Same thing with Deadpool and Apocalypse. It's like asking why people wouldn't vote for Ant-Man over AOU this year.

Civil War. I really want to see Cap's new team in action. In a perfect world, they would have a movie in between AOU and CW.

My feelings exactly. AOU dampened my excitement for CA:CW, because CA:TWS was so good. It seems like they're adding more characters every week. :cmad:

BVS is a movie I've wanted for the longest time. I'm not sure if Snyder is the right guy to do it, given his track record, but the teaser looks really promising. If he can handle BVS' ensemble cast as well as he did with Watchmen, that's a big step forward.

1) BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: This could quite possibly be the superhero movie of my lifetime. Seeing these two icons go head to head for the first time with Wonder Woman. Couple that with Zack Snyder's sure to be action packed direction and beautiful cinematography, I am stoked for this.

2) Civil War: This is a close, close second. I am REALLY amped for this movie and I think this could quite possibly be Marvel Studios' finest hour if the Russo Bros. do this right. Also...BLACK PANTHER!!!

3)X-Men Apocalypse: Days of Future Past was such a WONDERFUL surprise last year and I'm expecting the same with this movie. It won't be as huge as BvS and CW but it just may be the biggest and best X-Men film yet.

4) Suicide Squad: This movie looks so badass. I have a feeling people will feel divided on it though.

5) Deadpool: This is going to be the quiet hit of 2016, believe me.

6) Dr. Strange: Even though it's last on my list, I'm actually REALLY looking forward to seeing Stephen Strange come to life in live action. My only worry is that Cumberbatch will be too....Cumberbatchy and not really Dr. Strange in the same way RDJ's Tony Stark is not really Tony Stark (an unpopular opinion, I know).

For sure, Civil War. I'm anticipating the heck out of that movie lol. I'm looking forward to a few of the other movies in the poll, but Cap 3 is my #1.

To be honest I'm curious about Civil War, interested in BVS, and highly anticipating X:A. Right now I'd rank X:A first but I will be very disappointed if Singer doesn't go all out with the action. Suicide Squad and Deadpool are on my radar but I need trailers in order to say where they fall on my hype list.

Definitely planning on seeing Civil War and Doctor Strange on opening day. Cannot wait for both of them. And I'm really excited for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and X-Men: Apocalypse, so I'm planning on seeing them in theaters at some point, if not opening day. I'm not particularly interested in the movies not highlighted in bold though, especially Gambit and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2. As it stands, I don't plan on seeing any of those movies in theaters -- or in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles case, at all -- but an amazing trailer or really good word of mouth could probably convince me otherwise.

Haha yeah, I still haven't even seen last years' TMNT movie. I guess I will at some point, even though I've heard nothing but bad things. Some people seem to think this new one will be better, but it's going to take more than Laura Linney in a paycheck role and Stephen Amell being typecast to get me excited.

One thing is for certain, 2016 looks like potentially the best CBM year so far, even better than 2008 and 2014.

Personally I put TWS, GOTG and DOFP over TDK, IM because of TIH.
