I want Daredevil to be done by Marvel. He'd be a great first step in Marvel getting the street level heroes off the ground. He can open the door for characters like Luke Cage, Moon Knight and the like.
You read my mind or my previous post, either way let us hope that somehow Slade runs out of time, Fox gives up and the whole works reverts back to Marvel.
I'd be excited just to hear him mentioned in a Marvel Studios production at this point.
Now that you mention it, is Moon Knight an official Marvel Studios property? If the worse comes to fruition and Fox keeps a lock on DD I'll gladly take Moon Knight as our go to street guy in the already growing universe we've been presented to.
In order of preference:
-Fantastic Four: As others have said this needs to happen. It opens the door to the whole cosmic part of the universe with Silver Surfer, Galactus, Annihulus, etc. which opens the door to other cosmic type projects like Nova. The Inhumans are another group that are tied to the Fantastic Four (maybe not in the movie rights but who nows). Also, they would get Doom and (presumably) Namor back. FF would open alot of doors for Marvel to use these other properties.
Marvel is developing an Inhumans film: http://www.badassdigest.com/2011/03/07/marvel-is-bringing-the-inhumans-to-the-big-screen But I'd rather have Dr. Reed and his family introduce me to them. This synopsis sounds like Marvel trying to refashion the characters because they don't have the X-Men rights.
The F4 is the only franchise that I think can be classified as essential to get back really. It just opens so much more up for Marvel Studios to work with. You don't just get the F4, which is awesome itself. But you get the Silver Sufer and Galactus, which opens up the doors for big cosmic stories like Annihilation etc.
DOES the FF going back to Marvel include the Surfer and Galactus? Fox optioned the Silver Surfer before the FF and under a different deal, so he might not automatically be included.
well looks like Daredevil wont be going back to Marvel anytime soon....David Slade(director) has said that big news would be released this week in regards to Daredevil
