The Dark Knight Which of these should be Batman's sidekick in the sequels?

Robin shouldn't appear in another Batman movie.

The partners that Batman will have will be Gordon and Dent for the sequel. After that most likely Gordon and Batman after Dent's transformation in Two Face.

For Bat-films in the future, we can look to Birds of Prey, Robin (though Robin doesn't seem the popular choice at the time), Nightwing and maybe Gordon depending on if Gordon is still on the police force.

Gordon, Dent, Fox

and if lack of ideas permitting, maybe add Robin and Batgirl down the strech after the third film....maybe

And that's a BIG maybe for Robin. Some like the character, others never did, and some feel that Robin was tarnished in Batman & Robin.

One way or another, a Batman sidekick will always be controversial and arguable. It was right from the inception. Finger and Kane had lotsa doubts before they created Robin. The character was a huge sales hit, but it was the first step into softening up Batman, which has generated all this constant struggle over the years between darker and lighter approaches on the character.

Yes give us robin. Screw those who'll whine about it.

If it was decieded that there would be a sidekick in one of the Batman Begins sequels, which one should it be?
I think alfred deserve more than just being bruce main man servant.

They shoul upgrade him as a phychologist named hall freud who treat bruce for dual personnality disorder and help him cope with the batman

of course the baman would be that segond personnality who take over bruce mind and go out in the night like a bat out of hell to avenge and destroyed bad guys or whoever stand in his way

The batman would have been an avenging creature living in bruce wayne nightmare ever since he was a little kid !

every night little bruce would suddenly wake up sweating from his nightmare and never remember what he was dreaming about
untilll one day when his parent got murder .That's that day he remembered what he was dreaming all these years "the batman"
a bat like creature living in a world of chaos, mayem and destruction
it's as if his mind was tapping into another dimention like it was not a simple nightmare but something real

and that's the day the batman started to take over his mind, bursting into his reality

hall freud has been the phychologist who help little bruce cope with his hardship ever since he was a tike and continue to do so
ever since.

Well ... that's how i would do the batman if i was in charge of it
because the actual Batman is nothing but a bratman mourning over the death of his parents and can never let go of it :spidey:

c'mon most superero are orphans and grew up without their parents :o
this is not enough reason for bruce to become the batman
it has to be something more.

I'm partialy against Robin entering into a sequel. Mainly because I think Robin my slow Batman down. Gordon being Batman's partner is good enough for now.
