The Dark Knight Who DOESNT want Two-Face in TDK?

They should do Two-Face right in the beginning. It should go like this:

Enter DA Harvey Dent at Political Rally

DENT: This case sucks. Now watch me burn myself with acid.

Pours acid all over his left side a la Face The Face.

THE END

I don't want to see him in this one. With the introduction of both Dent and The Joker in the context of a movie with epic setpieces and themes, I do not think that we would have sufficient time to familiarise with Harvey before his transformation.

If he doesn't become Two-Face until the end of the movie there's plenty of story and screentime for Dent.

I don't agree. I would prefer Dent's heroic traits to be explored before his corruption and his destruction. I think that an urban war on the scale that it promises to be would serve as an excellent oppurtunity to portray the first of the three, but that the character arc would be better completed in another film.

Same as well and like I said there has to be a progression of sorts to Dent's rise and Dent's downfall into his own insanity. And with so many mobs, The Joker, Batman, and other characters---movie 3 would be the best place to insert Two-Face. Right at the beginning start the courtroom scene.

There's nothing to say they wouldn't be. If Two-Face is introduced at the end of this movie, much like TLH,. it shouldn't interfere with Dent's character development up to that point. Two-Face can then become the main villain in part 3, and this would complete his character arc.

Agreed.

I dont want Two-Face to be in TDK, have him be scarred towards the end maybe and then have a cliffhanger ending kinda like the first part of "Two-Face" from BTAS, but that's it for Harvey's alter ego in TDK.

I hate for his arc to be so rush. I want more of Harv before Two-Face.

Like I said, they will be if he doesn't become the villain until the end of the movie. Then it still should land on about 2 hours of Dent. If not more.

agreed.

I think he should be Two-Face at the very last scene, lasting only a brief two minutes. After commiting the shooting in the bar, the camera following behind him to a get-a-way car. We only see a slight bit of scarred face as he ducks into the back of the car to keep us on the edge of our seats (for another two or three years).

Like most things it's all in the execution,if it is a finale scene that we heard about set in the bar then i think it works well as a set up for movie 3

No way should two face be seen in TDK, maybe have him taken to hospital at the end with the burns.
