Who else thinks G4's 2.0 is crap?

So in fall 2008 G4 will start showing Lost...2.0 style. That 2.0 crap is really annoying. If I wanted to see what other people are saying about the show I would just use the web

Yeah...I'm not a fan of it either. I just want to watch the show, not talk about it online while half-watching it.
Hopefully they'll have the episodes with that crap all over the screen, like they do for Star Trek.

G4 sucks so hard now. It's like the MTV of Video game television. I miss the old Attack of the Show from 2005 when it had Sarah Lane and Brendon Moran and the other cast members who were far better, and they actually talked all about video games and movies. I miss 2005...

It really is sad how crappy G4 has become.Street Fury,then Cops,then Cheaters for crying out loud.I remember when X-Play did not suck,when there was Judgement Day,when Cheat had that Cory guy,when Filter was about games,when there was that G4tv.com show and basically when G4 wasn't this Spike wannabe.Those were good times,good times...

Agreed. But looking at G4 now I see that maybe G4Techtv was not the most evil thing that could happen to a once great channel. AT least we still had Kevin Rose, Sarah Lane, Brandan Moran and even Kat Schwartz for a while. Now we are stuck with people who wouldn;t know a MAC from a PC if it didn't have an apple insignia.

But for the record I do think that getting rid of Leo and Patrick Norton was catastrophic to their credibility.i

I'm not touching the gamer thing because she has aways maintained and backed up that she is. However I do miss the sorta girl next door Morgan that was around during the Techtv era. The writers supress that now.
