And in a universe filled with hundreds of established alien species' dont you think they should specify "virtually every form of martial art on earth"? I mean I sincerely doubt Wolverine knows any shi'ar, skrull, kree or badoon fighting styles. He doesnt know Kun lun Kung fu. hell i garantee there are far more fighting styles he doesnt know than there are styles he's mastered.

well since he has a healing factor that will make him live forever, he will have all those alien forms of fighting styles mastered by the next couple decades

I sincerely doubt that. The only person to have mastered every known martial art in the universe is Champion and it took him over 5 billion years.

Wolverine will never manage that because he hasnt devoted himself to mastering combat instead he spends his time adventuring. Also he doesnt have the means to travel to places where he can learn them.

And I doubt Wolverine will live that long. He ages very slowly true but i doubt he'll last 5 billion years.

yeah a lot of people have but it's never made any sense. In his first appearance he was stated to have almost as much power or maybe even more than Galactus. Then Silver Surfer beat him. Lately She-hulk beat him. Next he'll lose to Squirrell Girl or something but i've only ever seen him lose once when it wasnt just bad writing.

That was to the Thing but it was cause Champion forfeit because it was either that or kill the thing (who just wouldnt stop getting up despite being nearly dead) and the thing showed honor and courage so Champion forfeit.

If he's written properly he should be completely unbeatable in a physical confrontation. Anything else is just stupid.

Its like what they do to Wolverine, to make a character appear great you have to have him beat Wolverine, even stupid charcters and I believe that Wolveirne is written wrong most of the time, in fact I vented a bit in a new threat called "why do you hate Wolverine" I dont think Wolveirne is unbeatable, but most of the time they make him out to be dumber then the hulk running in to fights with out a thought in his head. I can see how champion has had his share of poor writting, since he is probley the best experianced fighter in the marvel universe.

I think an important thing is that they should stop showing Wolverine beating heroes and him getting his ass kicked by villains. Turn that around.
