Whose more stronger...black suited spiderman or venom?

its probably happened, but peter has a suit that looks just like the alien costume,but its a fabric suit,not alien
so i doubt they ever fought each other while they were both bonded to the alien, but im sure they both fought each other in the same outfit

their first battle in the comics they both sport the black duds.

spider-man didnt get enhanced strength from the suit tho in the comics

and in other versions, symbiot spider-mans strength was given to Brock. so Venom is symbiot spider-man + brocks strength

Well spider-man already had the strength of a god before he had the suit, then the suit made him even stronger, but venom has more anger and hatred so i think they would be equal

Agreed. Spider-man is generally stronger than brock, the only way i can see venom being stronger is the fact that spider-man didnt completely imbrace the suit as Brock did and Brock had that cancer that produced all that adreline that the suit need to feed off, but how much more compared so spidey, i dont know.

Venom, the symbiote gets it's power from it's host anger. Eddie has more anger inside himself then Peter.

I think the black suit spidey is suppose to be stronger. Because the suit amplifies strength already present. So we could say pete was very strong with the symbiote

Like, Venom embraced the suit. Venom was in a position on power (or so he though). Peter, on the other hand, denied that power to be a good person. (Don't let power get to your head).

Spidey was originally strong. So symbiote Spidey is allegedly even stronger. Then, Venom is allegedly stronger than Symbiote Spidey again. But I think perhaps some of you are missing the point behind the power that Uncle Ben was talking about - power doesn't necessarily mean physical strength, it can often mean emotional strength. Eddie Brock was in a very fragile state, he was getting depressed, etc, when the symbiote took over. Peter, on the other hand, got the symbiote when he was in a position of emotional and physical power, which gave him the strength to choose whether or not to fight off the symbiote. Even after he shouted at Mr. Ditkovich, he chose to take off the suit.

However, when Harry forced MJ to break up with Peter, Peter got angry and chose to put the suit on to fight Harry - but by then, he was emotionally fragile, and the suit made him lose self-control. Venom, on the other hand, wanted to cause as much pain as possible, and let the suit control him. This shows us one thing; that Brock is emotionally fragile inside, and physically strong on the outside, while Peter (symbiote or not) is an emotionally powerful person, as well as a pysically powerful person.

So based on the above (I don't know whether it made sense to you at all) I am going to assume that Peter was stronger with the symbiote suit, and is still stronger without it. It doesn't necessarily matter whether Peter got hurt from Venom's punches, or vice versa - sometimes it is, as the cheesy saying goes, it's what's inside that counts.

Now, the dancing scene: just to clear something up, I believe it was not meant to show Peter deliberately being goofy etc when he was all angry before. It was put in to show Peter losing self control and doing things he wouldn't normally do - as it says on the back of the DVD, Peter gets over confident.

Also, one last thing: If Venom swung through New York from the black goo, does that mean he stuck to the wall with black goo on his fingertips? *shrugs*

The symbiote copies Spidey's powers, yes? Wall crawling, web swinging . . . super strength. So it is easy to see that Venom will at least be as strong as symbiote Spidey -- anything else is speculation. Does it make Venom stronger that he is bigger, worn the symbiote longer, filled with hate? All opinions, of course! Does it take Spidey's power and add it along to Brock's already natural strength? Debatable.

I'm sure the writers would have an idea -- vague, at best. And of course, every writer would have their own idea in this matter. As fans we are better believing whatever we would prefer to believe, since it will never be proved.

So symbiot spidey definately imo is stronger than venom. Also, peter has untapped power that he calls upon during times of desperation, which I think definately gives him more of an edge.

Totally agreed with this, IMO, Symbiote Spidey is stronger AND more of a badass than Venom, Venom tends to talk to much during a fight, Symbiote Spidey talks little and just gets down to it, in both the movie and TAS.
