Transformers Why all the hate?

I watched the sequence: It does not only reattach the arm, the mechanical repair arm repairs other parts (It's a fraction of a second but it is there). I interpret it (Again) as a physical repair cut short by time conmstraint; while you don't. Agree to disagree...!?

I never said it was just the arm that was re-attached.This is what I said.

All they showed was the re-attachment of a few of Skywarps parts.Nothing else was really implied.

And that still is a fact.

Like I said I once thought as you do......but I now look at it for what was really showen and not what interpretation I took away from what I saw.

It's kind of like the differences that prop up from a eye witness account to a crime and the video tape evidence.

When you watch it for what was showen ,with out any preconseptions, you can see what really happened.

Agree to disagree...!?

Thats fine:woot:

... It's a cartoon: Not a crime scene. You're taking way too literally!

Any more then you were when you posted that list????I think not.

With all the complaints you had as to the differences between the G1 toon and Bays movie one would think that you held the G1 toon in such high reguards as the "holy bible".

All I did was respond to you in kind.

B.O.T. is a terrible episode....most Transformers fans would agree with this I'm sure...and it's STILL FAR BETTER THAN THAT PILE OF RUST JUNK TRANSFORMERS (2007)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The negative cut and work print of Transformers (2007) would be BETTER OFF SMELTING IN A FURNACE that ever be USED AGAIN FOR THAT GARBAGE FILM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There you go again. Acting like it's the greatest cartoon ever made. :whatever:

Have you ever seen Batman or Gargoyles or are you just deluded?

I was more partial to Ninja Turtles when I was a kid:woot:

I liked the Turtles, too. I just loved Transformers, Defenders of the Earth, M.A.S.K. and Brave Starr more. :woot:

80's cartoons were awesome.

As for the 90's: Batman, Gargoyles and Biker Mice from Mars.

TRANSFORMERS IS ONE OF THE GREATEST CARTOONS EVER MADE.

I CONSIDER BATMAN:TAS ITS NEAR OR COMPLETE EQUAL.

My whole point is that the arrogant, egotistical producers/writers/director were very disrespectful to the source material and created a much inferior product. THAT"S BEEN MY POINT THE LAST FEW MONTHS!!!!!!!!!

LISTEN AND LEARN!!!!!!!!!!!! :woot:

I understand you hate this movie, but you really have to get over it.

Even though I love the TF G1 cartoon, B:TAS is light years ahead of it in quality.

Are you saying Batman and Gargoyles are really good? (just curious because I love Gargoyles)

but anyways, I grew up watching the G1 series of Transformers (old reruns and recordings from relatives), but I still really liked this movie... though I too think it dealt a little too much with the humans. And as for the lack of all the characters from the original series, if they were to have all of the original Transformers in the movie they would have to spend even more money and time to create and synchronize the CGI of the additional characters. As much as I would have loved to see more Transformers, at least they showed some Autobots and Decepticons. This movie was quite different from the G1 series, but for some unkown reason, I still loved this movie... kind of odd as I would normally be bashing it for all the flaws that I did see in the movie.

Yes, I was saying that Batman and Gargoyles were brilliant. :yay:

Awesome. I actually did grow up with the Gargoyles cartoon until it moved to a different channel. I bought the first season as soon as I saw it in HMV. I'd buy the second disc, but it's a special edition, so it costs a lot more.

Why all the hate. Well over at the Allspark, a Transformers forum, with posters who know Transformers like the backs of their hands, no hate, none, whatsoever...check it out (A vain attempt by a hater...read the responses:http://www.allspark.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=41643)

Pretty good review actually.

I was always partial to Robotech, Voltron, Thundercats, and The Real Gostbusters as well :)

And what Sam Witwicky ultimately decides to do with the MacGuffin (the all-powerful All-Spark which creates robo-life), defies all logic and common sense, given that they spent the better part of the movie trying to keep it away from the Decepticons. Had there been any cosmic justice at all, his act of extreme stupidity would have backfired and Optimus Prime's last words would have been "Sam, you idiot. Now we're ****ed." right before everything went all pear-shaped and everyone died.

I respect your opinion regarding Batman: TAS. Cool.

I won't be seeing the Transformers sequel.

Like the saying goes, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." :woot:

What??:wow: Noooo! Light fading! Must... have... second... disc.......

lol, puting my little near-death experience aside, is the second disc the remainder of the first season? And is there a thread for Gargoyles on here?

The ones I've got are:

Season 1
Season 2 Vol. 1

Ah, yes, that's right. Have they released the second volume for Season 2? And is your Season 2 disc the special edition? Because I've been looking everywhere for the plain Season 2, but no luck so far.

^ They haven't released volume 2 yet, or I just haven't found it.

Yes, and I got them from Amazon.
