with me, I started out just plain walking every other night... I started out doing about 4/10 of a mile. From there, I started to get longer and longer. Today, I'm doing 30 minutes, which equals out to 1.2 miles with about 10-15 minutes of stretchesbut im too lazy to do that!!!!
I suggest just start out slowly until you get used to it
