One question, sorry if its been answered already. I'm fairly up to date now on what I missed onilne. But what's been happening over in San Diego?
And some people here are still complaining about it.
Agreed - Bad SM3 memories are associated with too much too soon.
Yeah. I don't think I've seen anybody say the whysoserious and comic-con stunt was disappointing. No, nobody is complaining about that. Some people are complaining that the "treasure" was just the teaser again, which was underwhelming in the first place. No one has complained about the marketing itself.
Well, **** being humble then. The teaser itself is weak. I don't care what response it garners from the audience, its weaksauce. People are excited to have another Batman movie, thats great, I am too. The whole viral marketing thing is genius, I love it. The new picture is good too. Another "not-so-great-angle" of The Joker, but it shows the Joker without giving him all away, I get it and I like it. Apart from the laugh, the teaser is underwhelming. I never said I needed 5 minutes of footage or any actual scene to look at, but to see the Joker in motion even for a split second would have been better. After all you go through on the whysoserious site, the teaser is disappointing.

Ok I am no longer complaining because this was enjoyable. But those going on about an HD-Trailer need to remember it was just a symbol.
So???? Who the fck cares? Um, only some of the constant complainers on here:
"I got Joker's laugh, I got Joker's voice, I got a new picture that shows the Joker on the side- but WB sucks because I didn't get new footage!"
Now, might just be me- but, doesn't that sound greedy?
Hell, we got as much information about the film as the Transformers teaser, yet I don't remember them *****ing about all they got. And later, not saying actual, when it said it wasn't footage from the film- everyone didn't moan going "show me footage!!!"
But, hey- some people just want to complain.
The entire event was fun and the trailer and the pics and sounds were great. The phone call was really cool.
yes, but as a symbol it can be incorruptible, it can be everlasting...
Yeah I think the phone call was the best part. It was genuinely creepy.
