The Joker (we assume) broke into the carnival machine to tamper with it, or add something to it, or play with it in such a way that it would lead to a new website or the next part of the hunt.
Now all we can say for sure is that little messages were added to tickets inside the machine. Whether or not those were the original tickets, we can't say, but I think that the messages on each must have something to do with it. Maybe another word counting thing like the old hahahatimes game, or something! The holes must have something to do with it too, as we've established - I don't know...blah blah this isn't as nice as the last one...

For those of you arriving late, LaughItUpBatBoy posted that a while ago, and after much debate it was decided to be nothing more then trolling. Since we haven't heard a peep since about it, we seem to have come to the correct conclusion.

Also, the fortune teller's name backwards is Silent Type, no we don't know for sure what that means.

Some of the tickets have holes cut into them. No we don't know what to do with them, if anything.
