I took all the number/letter combos from the tickets and flipped it like B4=2D, and then flipped it the other way keeping the B4 and flipping the other numbers 8J=H10 and when you put the list of numbers or letters in order from 1-10/A-Z they come up in the same order both ways. Relevant or not someone let me know. I tried pressing the buttons in that order but nothing happened.

I wasn't here when the game started and I just skimmed through the pages and read the wiki to catch up, so I might be going in the completely wrong direction here, but when I read ticket 8G which mentioned historians I thought of the Gotham Historical Society picture that is on the USB that's part of the BB set coming out tomorrow. And since some of the other tickets have to do with money and in the Bluray set we got the bank code, maybe its important.

If its any help the plaque in the picture says:

In 1967 The Grubere Mansion became headquarters of the Gotham Historical Society and was placed on the list of historical buildings .

ETA: Nevermind. I just realized theres another little sign under the plaque with a phone number. When you call the number you get the old message from Harvey Dent.

just as an update, the confectionary thing is a no-go. I've called over 20 stores, both chocolate stores and pie stores alike.. so yeah... don't waste your time on that. If it's something really important (as it would have taken a lot of preparation and 42 would really want us to get on it right away) 42 will make sure we know that it's important

LOL, actually the majority of that page is not me. I was GOING to do it, but then it got changed as I was trying to edit it and I figured I might as well be kind of useful and take screenshots of the cutout tickets.

Hey can anybody give me a full sized gotham map that can be taken out into an image editor? I would start trying the cutouts on that if I could just get a jpg of it or something. In the meantime I'll try the newspaper.
