Wolverine to join the MCU?

With the way Marvel seems to be setting-up the Inhumans, I wonder if there is still a place for the X-Men and mutants in the MCU. It seems like it could be redundant for them to come out and say that there is a second subpopulation of humans born with powers, if they were ever to get the film rights back.
