He's the number one person I'm rooting for to be introduced in Phase 2.
Bit late for that, don't you think?
I hope they do. As you said he's a classic Avenger, and Captain Marvel could definitely use a love interest.Has Marvel Studios some plans about adapting Wonder Man for the big screen?
Dunno but if she is she isn't getting that monikerUm, isn't Mary Marvel in Shazam?
And Wonder Man doesn't have to be called Wonder ManDunno but if she is she isn't getting that moniker
That's funny because Henry Cavill would be my choice the role too. A lot of people want him to play Sentry or Hyperion (because you know, they're Superman knock-offs! And he played Superman!), but I'd rather see him in a role that would allow him to stretch his acting abilities. Plus he just looks the part.
And Wonder Man doesn't have to be called Wonder Man
I think he can be called Wonder Man, even in jest. First off, he was a movie stunt man and actor. People could refer to him as that within the film as a wink to Wonder Woman, even if he doesn't like it.
If he always escapes from these dangerous stunts unscathed, some director could first say "Our Boy Wonder here is a the perfect stuntman." Then he could reply that he's not a boy. Then the director could say "Okay, then our Wonder Man here is the perfect stuntman. Or would you prefer Wonder Woman?" Then he could answer "Er.. no, man is fine."
It would be like how Tony Stark referred to Hawkeye as "Legolas" in the Avengers, or Thor as "Point Break."
