Worst case surgery scenario

What would you do if the following scenario were to occur?

Ok, you're in surgery. A leg problem or something. You're under anesthetic, but for some reason, you can still see and hear, even though you can't feel. Then, you hear the doctor say "Uh oh. The blood is compartmentalising in his crotch. If he has any chance of surviving, we're gonna need to amputate it."

WHAT... DO... YOU... DO?

I've only been under once for wisdom teeth removal. I came to and thrashed about with a vengence.

I hope to never need surgery and I worked in health care for many years,I've seen and heard of a lot of jacked up stuff.
