I looked and searched for a thread for the worst movies of 2009 so sorry if its on here already. The year is half way over, so i think its a good time to start this thread. The title pretty much explains itself. In your opinion, what are the worst movies of 2009 so far?

Mine are:
Dragonball: Evolution
Observe and Report
Land of the Lost
Year One

I've made a point of avoiding crappy movies this year, but out of all the ones I've seen, I liked "Adventureland" and "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" the least.

Year One. That and Dance Flick are the worst film this year. There suppose to be funny right? Or did I miss the point?

has to be DB:E what ****** tries to tell an origin story in less than 2 hours at the same time is developing like 5 other characters LOL

the worst movie ive seen that came out in theaters so far this year is
Dragonball: Evolution good thing i didnt pay to see this, if you know what i mean
The Unborn the chick was hot but thats it
and btw Observe and Report was freakin hilarious

The Unborn, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Underworld: Rise Of The Lycans, Year One, Night At The Museum: Battle At The Smithsonian, Street Fighter: The Legend Of Chun-Li

Unborn, Wolverine, and Year One were all baaad.

Year One.

But you know some wiseass is gonna come through here and say Transformers 2. :whatever:

Street Fighter Legend Of Chun-Li

Only movie I've seen this year I thought was really terrible.

i didnt mind wolverine. i enjoyed that one to be honest. some of the effects were horrible..but it was entertaining.

a haunting in connecticut was a disappointment for me.

Dragonball: Evolution a sad excuse for an adaptation and a terrible, terrible movie.

compared to all the movies I saw this year....Paul Blart was the worst. I didn't even laugh once

X-Men Origins: Wolverine
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
Land of the Lost

All of them were stinking piles of poo. Especially the second one -- yes, I've seen it and no, I'm not a film snob nor am I "out of touch." Honestly, it vies for Worst Movie of the Decade -- no, worst movie of the past two decades since Batman & Robin is Citizen Kane compared to this.

Jesus...

Of the ones that I've seen: Bruno and Terminator Salvation

TF2...I disliked Wolverine but i would gladly watch it again instead of it.

Haven't watched all the other rubbish mentioned in this thread.

Worst seen: Terminator Salvation and Transformers

Terminator Salvation. Not terrible, just very disappointing.

from what I've seen so far

Dragonball Evolution
X-men Origins:Wolverine
Night at the Museum : Battle at the Smithsonian
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

Maybe it's because of my mad love for random humor and the orginal show, but I LOVED 'Land of the Lost.'

And why is it wrong to hate on RotF?

BTW, worst film of the year so far is surely Wolverine. That movie was bad, and it made ass-loads of money. At least DB:E failed to make any money at all.

It's not wrong to hate it. I just get pissed when people act like the film was the worst thing ever put to celluloid and act as though the film murdered their father and raped their mother. It's just a bit much for me. Anyone who says they hate it that much was planning to never stop their *****ing even before they saw the damn thing.

Ah, I see.

I didn't like it, but I'll gladly come out and say that I did enjoy most of the action. It was one of the worst films of the year (and I do resent it for making so much money while other, better films failed at the box office), but there are definitly worse out there.
