It's highly unlikely this will happen anytime soon, as in the next Spidey film, but would any of you be interested and would like to see Marc Webb & Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man crossover with Sam Raimi & Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man?

There has been crossovers with many different Spider-Men in the comics, cartoons, and video games. The best villain to use would probably be Mysterio since he was the villain in Spider-Men, which crossover the 616 Peter with Ultimate Miles, and the video game Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions.

Maybe Webb and Garfield could do one more after Venom or Sinister Six and propose a crossover with Raimi and Maguire. Kind of like how Raimi's Evil Dead series is going.

So would you like to see the 2 universes and 2 Spider-Men crossover? Even though I disliked TASM, the idea itself is worth to see.

I wouldn't really want it either, but I know I'd watch the heck out of it.

Crossovers into different universes work in comic books, but it would be really hard to do on film. I'm sure Sony wants to stem as far as possible from the Sam Raimi films and get people to forget them.

Maybe if Peter Parker died in Webb's universe and Miles Morales came in, they could have Tobey Maguire come into this world and make an adaptation of Spider-Men? Ehh, not gonna happen.

The day Sony gives us The Clone Saga, I give up. Clones are by far the worst plot device in the history of plot devices. I'm cool with the clone army in Star Wars, but when Spidey, Batman, Captain America, anyone else have clones, it's too far.

A clone plot is too cheap.

I'd want it to happen if they did it as a Shattered Dimensions film.

The thing that made SD cool was the fact that it was different Spider-Men. The normal, ultimate, past, and future. They are on the surface they are the same exact Spider-Mans.

I wouldn't ask for it, neither would I hate the idea.

It could be interesting if done right.

Yea but 4 new Spider-Men may be hard. We know Tobey and Andrew and could make it work with them. I wouldn't mind if they did 2099 with Andrew though and not Tobey.

True. 4 different Spideys, four different styles, same Spidey attitude.

No, and it won't happen. With these type of movies companies look forward.

I just can't see any logical reason for Sony to make a Raimi/Webb crossover. Sounds more like a fan fiction.

I think they should keep them separate. The only exception I would make would be taking back JK Simmons for JJJ. I don't think anyone else could do it as well as he did.

If JK Simmons returned as Jameson, I wouldn't complain. Technically Casino Royale was a reboot, but Judy Dench still returned as M.

I'm okay with it.

I think it would be fun to see 2 spideys from different universe on screen together. I don't get why people are giving a straight up "NO", but for me I think having different interpretation of the character(s) and giving us different mixtures/stories is good :-)

I think it would be cool if Andrew and Tobey did a small fan film with the two meeting each other. Otherwise I just can't see it happening on film.

Yeah something fun and small would be nice. They already interviewed each other before TASM lol. But I don't think I see anything like this happening at all anytime soon.

Kirsten Dunst requested for cameos for both her and tobey in TASM but that was rejected for the obvious reason.

Peter in a lecture/presentation on interdimensional travel, and then briefly mentions or thinks about being in another universe and then bumps into another Spider-Man who is in Maguire's Spidey suit.

Hahaha.

I don't know about a full blown crossover, but a little cameo appearance would be nice. It makes sense that they rejected the idea for TASM , but they might be more willing to do it in a future film. Just something really small. For example, they could have Dunst play a waitress or show Tobey delivering pizzas.
