Mojo found a way to look even goofier than usual with those shorts.

LOL Dean showin up again during Random Segements after getting kicked out again and again.

Noooo! I don't want more Ellsworth! SS was an excellent end to that storyline!

Join the club I don't see what people see in that guy he is pretty much this generations version of Eugene IMO. Its obvious AMbrose will help him win that match tonight.

Awesome, Dean Ambrose has joined the RCMP. The crime rate in Canada will either fall to zero or increase 500%, it could go either way.

Wow, Alexa with the JBL-level comeback against Mr. Hudson.

Monkeys! Monkeys! Someone needs to turn that Nattie booty jiggle into a gif! STAT!

Those morons chanting You Screwed Bret at Goldberg - I hate wrestling fans like that.

It's no big deal, it was a pretty weak chant. Two appearances in Toronto and that's the worst Goldberg got. People were so sure he'd be booed out of Canada and it didn't happen.

I think it's worth keeping Ellsworth around just for JBL's insults. "He looks like a lower case 'i'", "an anorexic manatee", etc. :D

my Goldberg vs Lesnar WWE 2K17 match lasted 10x longer than the real match. :meanie:

James Ellsworth is the new era version of Zack Gowen/Colin Delaney.

There have to be consequences for Dean next week. He screws over his team at Survivor Series, repeatedly refuses to listen to Shane tonight, and then interferes in a match (again). If he gets off completely free, than Shane and DB really would be hypocrites.

Also this has to be the LAST time that AJ loses to freaking Ellsworth. Now, it's getting a little annoying (having the WWE champion lose THREE times to a glorified jobber).

So they took Corbin out of the SS match, so that he can feud with Kalisto, rrriiiggghhttt?

Becky finally got to win a match, about time.

Tommy Dreamer's impersonation of Paul Heyman on the ECW network special was funny.

Daniel Bryan joking that Goldberg took out Nikki Bella :)

Daniel Bryan shooting about the WWE not making current generation big enough stars to main event wrestlemaina and depending on old guys from the attitude era.

I'm wondering if Vince watches talking smack because half the stuff Bryan says seems like the kind of thing he would lose his s*** over if he heard talent say it in public.

Vince doesn't watch the network so we're safe. :cwink:

That's an insult to NIck Dinsmore lol.

You know this is all scripted, right? It's supposed to be funny sometimes too...

Right now I prefer Smackdown to Raw, but if there's one thing that Smackdown needs, it's a shakeup in the management structure. Shane and Dbry have been on the same page for too long; the chaos that Dean creates provides a crucial storyline element to drive a rift between them, and maybe force Shane to take on a slightly antagonistic role.

Ellsworth's whole gimmick is he looks funny and is completely incompetent and wins by accident. It's not as if he's a wrestling savant like the Eugene character. The character is cheered because he sucks at wrestling and is funny looking. How long can Ellsworth defenders watch this before they get tired of this lame act that TNA has done twice in the past 5 years? Har har lets watch someone fumble around the ring week after week.

Is James Ellsworth a bad wrestler in real life though? Or does he just play it for his character? Eugene should have been treated like a savant character, but they seemed to drop that aspect of his character in favour of giving him rage strength and the ability to copy Ric Flair's selling. So it would be interesting if Ellsworth is actually a good technical wrestler and it begins to emerge.

I don't think he is necessarily a bad wrestler. My problem is I hate this type of gimmick and I always have. If they keep him as he is everyone will be hating when he shows up and not just the small segment of the audience that I belong to.

I am not sure what the big deal is about Goldberg beating Brock. Its one part-timer beating another part-timer. I have no problem with it, especially if Goldberg is going to be in the Rumble and do more matches for WWE.

It really isn't that big a deal. WWE was never going to have Brock lose to anyone on the roster besides Reigns anyway. Until Roman gets super over as a face or turns heel there's no point in giving him that. Vince doesn't buy into the idea of any of our indy guys beating Brock either I imagine. WWE also seems hot and cold on everyone else too.

I have no problem with Goldberg beating Brock ( I wanted Goldberg to win ).

I do have a problem with how fast the "squash" was.

I expected, y'know, an actual full length match. a battle between the "titans."

If I had bought a ticket to SS, excited in part for the Goldberg/Lesnar match as the main event, I would be super pissed about it lasting less than 2 minutes as a squash match.

Ellsworth gimmick is that he is a superfan living his dream. I think people like him because they see themselves in him. From what I've seen of Ellsworth on reddit he is very much the down to earth earnest superfan in real life. He is a competent wrestler.

Ellsworth is a jobber that some how got lucky. Tye Dillinger can't even win a feud and make the main roster despite being mega over. I bet he wished he had Ellsworth's spot.
