I like Jean Grey but I've never really liked the Phoenix stuff. It was good the first time round but after that its been meh for me.

Yeah, and we all should've learned to ignore that stuff after Warsong. Marvel could literally plaster "The Return of Jean Grey" all over this next event, and I won't believe it until she shows up in the pages of the comic and identifies herself specifically as Jean Grey. I won't accept a powerful redhead or a random lady on fire, because Marvel is packed with those. Even if she identifies herself as "Phoenix," I won't accept it's Jean until I get a name. And I wouldn't accept a reveal in early preview pages either, because the opening pages to a comic are sometimes misleading.

So the new Legay writer is Cristos Gage.Pretty good choice.The roster is still going to be Gambit,Frenzy,Rouge and Marvel Girl.They'll all be teachers at the new school.For all those that thought the Magneto/Rouge relationship is over it will still be touched upon in the book.

Christos Gage was announced as new writer of Xmen Legacy with David Baldeon and Rafa Sandoval on art. The cast will overlap with those also seen in WaTX.

Since that's a bunch of Captain Britains in the picture, all with a different look, they're likely fighting the CB Corps, who probably arrested Fantomex for something from the looks of it, but doesn't guarantee Brian's involvement, since he'll be busy with Secret Avengers.

According to Remender, Brian quits MI-13 to run the newly returned Captain Britain Corps in Merlyn's absence, and Captain America leaves the Secret Avengers with a no-kill directive when he hands the reins over to Hawkeye. The latter is a little two-faced of Steve since he killed some people with his squad of Secret Avengers, but I'm always for heroes trying other options besides killing everything in sight, so I'm not complaining. Apparently, Brian is going to be trying to present himself as a proper, morally upstanding hero, which will put him at odds with Hawkeye, who's a bit more willing to use less-than-heroic tactics.

Gage is great, but I don't think I care enough about anyone on that cast to bother. If only Chuck returned to the series to teach as well. I'd be all over it then.

It's a callback to her old uniform from when she was a brainwashed Hound, it looks like. You'd think that'd be the last costume she'd want to wear again.
