The darker contacts on Craig make him look generic and stoned. His blue eyes are probably his best feature. The dark hair looks alright, but it'll never manifest itself into reality. He looks just fine.

well..the darker eyes are just my preference. he looks more dangerous with darker eyes than he does with those light blue eyes imo. i didn't know the literary Bond also had blue eyes.

This is by far 1 of the best shots of Craig as Bond.

On another note, London's metro newspaper reports that sfx' poll on who the best Bond is ranked Connery as number 1, followed by Brosnan then Moore, Dalton and Lazenby. It was a shame there was no coment regarding Craig or the new CR movie but oh well.

I've never seen a problem with Craig. Great actor, he actually looks similar to a sketch Albert R Brocoli drew of Bond when he first made the Casino Royale novel. I think he makes a great Bond and has the potential to be right up there with Sean Connery and Roger Moore (Each had their own classic Bond portrayal). I'll be interested to see what past Bond actors think of him, we know they've given him the thumbs up but I'd like to hear their reviews of him role in the movie.

i think i'm gonna end up liking Daniel Craig as Bond more than i did Pierce. Pierce was a cool Bond, but he wasn't a dangerous Bond. when i imagine Bond, i imagine a man who looks like he'd shoot me in the head w/out even blinking and then going to get that martini 5 minutes later...and that's the way Daniel Craig seems to be playing Bond. awesome...


...my ONLY gripe about is not his face or his height (wtf?)...it's his hair and eyes. i sooooo wish they spent a day darkening his hair and eyebrows along with getting him some dark contacts. i envision Bond to have very DARK features much like Colin Farrel and Tom Cruise but w/out the pretty boy faces. i don't think there would've been as big of an outcry if they had just made Daniel look like this...

Hmm...perhaps in the end....M will force him to dye his hair black? It could be possible....

I dunno it seems pretty tame here compared to what I've seen on before, I mean people arguing over " Batmans teeth are too white" and the godawful "Brandon Routh is a twig" arguments that went on for months!

Uh No.

Craig is NOT a British Vin Diesel. Craig is actually a talented actor that is pretty damn good at his job and your so called idea of, being smooth is lost even unto you. There were certain scenes in the trailer that showcased Craig as being smooth. Please, consider the fact tht this film starts off with a roughneck Bond that gradually grows into the more familiar character you know.
