There are no new bits at the end. It's a word-for-word reuse of most of the conversation between himself and Leia on Endor in Return of the Jedi.

Even if Mark did re-record the lines, nothing is going to change the fact that they're a literal re-use of previously-filmed dialogue and are therefore not likely to end up being in the actual film.

R2-D2 is my favorite Star Wars character. You sense throughout the six movies his emotions just by hearing sounds, no words. Watching Luke show his appreciation for the droid in just that little scene was simply beautiful.
