The concept is pretty simple, post your favourite pics and anything you want to say about your favourite sci fi movie vehicles.

I have to start off with the daddy, The Millenium Falcon, a flying satellite dish, that was just the coolest ship in the galaxy!





Next up I've got to mention the Spinner from Blade Runner, the quintessential near-future mode of transport, the flying car! It should be here by now.







My final choice for this opening post is a bit controversial given the film's lukewarm reception. However I think the Moto-Terminator is a fantastic design and a fitting final design for Stan Winston, and no matter our varying views on the movie, I say this beast was a great contribution to the mythos.

Gotta go back to Star Wars a minute and mention the unique Slave 1, the vehicle of the Fett's. It looks like a hover version of a helicopter when stationary, then goes vertical on take off.

-Doc's Delorean from Back To The Future

-The Nostromo. I was watching Alien again last night, and I forgot how massive that thing was!!! The pilots are literally ants compared to that thing!!! And I'm not even talking about the cargo, which is probably a tenth or twentieth the size of a small planet!!!
