He does make me wonder because sometimes he can barely string a whole sentence together. He has dementia and maybe that's it, but some of the stuff he says is so out there I wonder just what his IQ actually is.

I think he snorts cocaine. Remember his last debate with Hillary back in 2016 with all the sniffing? That was almost 10 years ago, but even after all that time I think it's still suspicious.
