That the Holocaust happened should be regarded as still very significant to today, it is pretty striking for even some people on both sides of dispute to have ties to and feel impacted by, motivated against it, against anything similar happening now again. And though definitely not Sanders, he's reasonable and just appalled by the unreasonable, slaughter and even extermination do seem to be the motives of a lot of the partisans on both sides of the conflict.
