I've always been saying Robert Knepper(T-Bag from Prison Break) But thats just me.

Not a bad choice at all. Atleast by how his face looks. Never saw his acting though. Could he pull of a creepy scary freddy?

Well his character on Prison Break I think is like a freddy like character. He's sexual predator and a murderer. Abd if you mess with him he'll kill or or atleast try too.

I'm not exactly for this but I'd rather seen an unknown as Krueger. When you look at the original,the entire cast was pretty much unknown,except for John Saxon.

Having a good laugh about all of the rumors surrounding Warner Bros.' relaunch of A Nightmare on Elm Street, Wes Craven told a crowd at Rue Morgue's Festival of Fear today another pivotal figure in Freddy Krueger's long legacy.

"I [still] no very little about it," Craven said. "My agent and I had lunch with [former New Line head] Bob Shaye about five days ago. But as might you know New Line Cinema has been shut down by Warner Bros. who owns it and all of their properties have been subsumed by Warner Bros. Bob didn't know any more about it than I did. I certainly have no control over that property."

He also made it sound like Platinum Dunes is drifting further away from the project. "For a while there it seemed Michael Bay's company was going to do it, but I believe that's no longer the case."

Yes, that is a actuall movie that was released earlier this year.


I'm sure alot could and of course its the reason its straight to dvd. I seen it and its just awful, bloody awful.
