11 year old boy stripped and attacked by 3 girls

The funny thing is if he had defended himself, he'd look like the ass for fighting back.

The funny thing is that if three guys out of retaliation came along to each one of those girls now and stripped them naked and posted it online, those guys would be arrested and everyone would be in uproar. Someone would say they've taken the "joke" too far and turned a "harmless prank" into a sexual offence.

It's a completely blatantly hypocritical double standard that it's treated so dismissively when three older girls pin a 5th grade boy down, strip him naked, record it, and post it on YouTube, while if three boys did this to a girl, the community would be screaming for their blood, the media would have a panel of psychiatrists calling them future rapists and serial killers, they'd be in prison, and they'd be registered sex offenders.

It is not a different situation when a woman sexually assaults a man, either way it is sexual assault.

And Catman deserves to be banned. Saying a boy automatically enjoys being unwillingly pinned down and stripped naked by a bunch of girls and "he'll look back on it as a highlight of his childhood" is perverted and ****ing ignorant, and it's a bannable offense if the mods would do their jobs.

"YAY let's make rape jokes!"

Its being taken care of.

Lets all show a little decency in this thread, mmmmkay?

It doesn't matter if it's three girls attacking a boy or three boys attacking a girl. It's sexual assault and it should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It is a ridiculous double standard to suggest otherwise.

ok in my opinion the double standard really needs to be kicked to the curb.
or beaten to death like that idiot official in KS/idaho who said that women are asking to be raped and equalized it to being a flat tire >__>

2. the mother is clearly a numbskull for not pressing charges, i dont know one parent who would NOT press charges on these ***ches and sue them and their families for every type of damage under the sun.
which would be JUSTIFIED.

3. if this happend to my kid , sheeeet, id take a cue from JIGSAW and wait a full year to extract true justice on these girls.

brutal , i know , but thats me and its a FREE INTERNET .

Which is the world we live in.

I agree that if we are going to have equality amongst the sexes, we need to have equal punishments for crimes like this. This kid had his innocence stolen from him and there is hell to pay for that, even if the perpetrators don't have Y chromosome. If a woman took a man's wallet and then beat them to death with a crowbar, should that be less troubling than if a man takes a woman's purse and beats her to death wit ha crowbar?

Female-on-male rapes do not get reported as often as male-on-female, because men are usually too ashamed of being emasculated to press charges. In this case, the kid has already been shamed by having the video posted on the internet, and there is video PROOF that he was assaulted, and yet some people are acting like he'd be a big sissy if he pressed charges.

These girls are obviously sick in the head, and they need to be punished regardless of whether or not the kid's mother has the ovaries to take them to court. There should be no need to press charges here, because it should not be up to the mother to decide whether or not justice should be served. These girls did a blatant and harmful act of malice on another human being, and the law should not allow that to go unpunished.

For saying a 5th grade boy who got sexually assaulted will look back on it as a highlight of his childhood?

That's like saying a woman who got raped on her way home will later look back on it as a highlight of her day.

Apparently, some people are subscribers to 'hentai logic.' "Rape is just surprise sex that you didn't know you wanted."

"This kid needs help. He might end up being gay, which is equivalent to being a wifebeater."

That's what Timstuff is saying, basically :whatever:

Let the record show that you said it, not me. :whatever:

Whatever your understanding is of where sexual orientation can come from, it's obvious that a truamatic experience like this will affect how this kid relates to women, and one way that it could manifest is a total fear/ aversion towards being close to women, or subconsciously craving revenge and empowerment.

Let's put it this way: if someone were abused by their parents, and I suggested it's possible that they won't want to have kids as an adult, or that they may end up being an abusive parent, am I morally equating someone's lack of desire to reproduce with a desire to abuse children? Seeing as one is merely a personal preference and the other involves doing harm to another person, I clearly failed to see an "obvious" equation being made, so I apologize if my post was considered offensive by anyone.

Just wondering whether, according to the statutory definition of rape, it would involve actual sexual violation and not just removing the boy's clothing. I've no doubt it is still a criminal activity here, but a) would the boy (or his mother) and the police be quicker to press criminal charges if the three girls had forced the boy to have sex with them against his will (or had touched him sexually) and b) if three boys simply stripped but did not have sex with an 11 year old girl, would people be calling out cries of rape or just a lesser charge?

that video is disgusting, though there are many things about the story that make me livid:

1) The actual incident.
2) The mother not wanting to press charges, and her seemingly callous reaction to it (re: her casual "It went to far" comment at the end of the video). This isn't two kids goofing off and one of em ends up with a black eye, lady.
3) The police lack of action. This is far beyond having to see if the mother wants to press charges. This isn't some school yard shuffle. This is sexual assault, harassment and cruelty that not only happened in public, but was displayed for the whole world to see.
4) The school refusing to do anything about it because it was not "on school grounds". How many times have we heard news reports of kids getting suspended or even expelled for less atrocious acts that had absolutely nothing to to with the school? I just don't understand the logic here.

I feel so terrible for this kid. Since the authority figures here (mother, police, school) refuse to delve out justice, I pray the girls parents destroy their kids for this. And I actually really wouldn't have any issue with some citizens taking things into their own hands. Justice shouldn't be hindered by idiots' lethargy and apathy.

The 3 girls should spend some time in a juvenile detention center. That was not right, what happened to the boy.

Oh there will be a reckoning. The wretched heathens responsible for thus actions shall be smited swiftly upon a stone of vengeance. And thine souls shall be tarnished for all eternity.

Their addresses have been posted online, so I'd be watching my back if I were one of them. We all know how much /b/ loves a crusade.

There is no doubt in my mind that this was sexual violation tantamount to rape, it isn't quite clear but I can definitely see one of the girls taking a quick yank at his seemingly exposed crotch which is the equivalent of a boy inserting his fingers in a girl, and no one would doubt the nature of that.

I wish the kid fought back.

Those arent girls. They're evil *****es!

He was trying but he is just a scrawny 11 year old boy against three 14 year old girls, girls develop faster and are definitely more than a match for that kid, plus he might of been frozen with terror as well.
