Thank you for showing me the past, how will that effect the future.

History is destined to repeat itself if we do not learn from history. Apparently OSU has not learned from its history.

1978, OSU loses to Alabama in Sugar Bowl.
1990, OSU loses to Auburn in Hall of Fame Bowl.
1993, OSU loses to Georgia in Citrus Bowl.
1995, OSU loses to Alabama in Citrus Bowl.
1996, OSU loses to Tennessee in Citrus Bowl.
2001, OSU loses to South Carolina in Outback Bowl.
2002, OSU loses to South Carolina in Outback Bowl.
2007, OSU loses to Florida in BCS title game.

Oh the memories......:yay:

I dont believe that stands for college sports when every year is different.

But the way teams are built are still the same.

OSU is not ready for the speed of an SEC team like Georgia - just as they were not ready for Florida.

Oh boy you buy into this whole southern speed thing.....ill give you a chance to use something other than that as a argument.

not sure you can say that, i mean the team didn't have much to do with the scheduling of the ENTIRE BIG TEN CONFERENCE.

and as a buckeye fan, i sure hope you are wrong, and they have learned, and they will not be given weeks off, and they will stay in game shape and game speed, which might be impossible considering they have no games for another month and a half. but heres to hoping that tressel somehow gets them to show up this year.

and if ted ginn hadnt over celebrated last year, he would have been double covered, would have opened up the running game a little more, not to mention making gonzalez and young robiski and hartline single covered.

Man, it sucks Illinois did so well. Looks like Zook's gonna get Big Ten coach of the year. I'd love to see Dantonio get it.

And now the week begins where you join me in saying...To heck with Tech! :cmad:

Yes because we know that everyday in the area of History was the same....????? WTF?

Your history, is history........doesn't matter what you are looking at.....:whatever:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Tennesee win the SEC East if they beat Kentucky?

I believe so.....it's pretty crazy at the moment....

But of course they would still have to play LSU for the SEC Championship.

Well, yeah, but why's IF getting so excited over winning the SEC? Kentucky sucks!

Because there are other factors as well.....remember Florida beat Tennessee, and Georgia beat Florida....and Tennessee beat Georgia.....those 3 games are all a part of this......and so it depends on Florida as well.....its all crazy....so Georgia definitely has a chance to win the SEC.

Oh, and BTW, Vanderbilt sucked as well, and look what they almost did......
I am helped by the fact that Tennessee tends to play Kentucky very well....

I didn't think other factors were involved. I thought in the case of a tie, you look at who won when they played each other.

And yeah, Vandy nearly won. I honestly don't think Tennessee is a great team and that LSU will roll over them. I'd rather they win over Georgia though. Because I hate Georgia.

LSU better enjoy its national title run, because Les Miles will pay that $1.25 mil to bolt for Ann Arbor.

I have no clue how the damn thing works......lol

Yeah, LSU will probably win....but hey........ya neva know.

Well, we'll see how it goes down.

Yeah, anything can happen (especially this season!)

And LSU will then find a far better coach.

So you believe tOSU thats if they play an SEC team will lose because of OSU's past losses to the SEC. Are all SEC fans this delusional....

I believe if OSU plays an SEC team they will lose because their style does not do well against the speed and strength of an SEC team - as shown by their past losses.
